- Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office (word , Excel,access..etc)
- Very good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.

- Proven knowledge of the targeted area.
Job Description:
- Support beneficiary accountability and participatory approaches throughout the program cycle.
- Conclude the feedbacks/complaints once received in one report to be shared with the relevant department using Ticketing System to ensure closure of each case received.
- Ensure that project activities enhance the feedback mechanism at the facility level.
