متطلبات العمل:
مدرب للخياطة والنسيج:
سيقدم التدريب في مكان واحد في البصيرة: يحتوي على دورة تدريبية واحدة
وتشمل 6 جلسات لكل
الأسبوع ، ستعقد كل جلسة لمدة 1.5 ساعة
ستكون ساعات التدريب 72 ساعة
المؤهلات / الخبرات والمتطلبات
– مدربه
– خبرة عملية في مجال الحياكة والصوف لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين.
– القدرة على توصيل المعلومات بطرق سهلة وجيدة.
– القدرة على الكتابة والقراءة العربية بشكل جيد.
– شهادة خبرة في مهنة الخياطة إن وجدت.
– المعرفة والإلمام بتصميم الأزياء.
– امتلاك مهارات اتصال جيدة وطرق تدريب.
– خبرة سابقة في التدريس أو التدريب
– خبرة في العمل مع النساء والفتيات
– امتلاك مهارات تدريب جيدة ومهارات اتصال فعالة
– القدرة على توصيل المعلومات بطريقة بسيطة وسهلة.
الوصف الوظيفي:
- تقييم ما قبل التدريب للمتدربين قبل التدريب: سيقوم المدرب بتصميم استبيان تقييم ما قبل التدريب وإدارته
- إعداد الدورة التدريبية – يتم تشكيلها من نتائج تقييم ما قبل التدريب: بناءً على نتائج المسح ، سيقوم المدرب بتصميم وإعداد حزمة تدريبية للمتدربين.
- عروض ندوات ودراسات حالة وجلسات إيضاحية وتمارين لبناء الفريق وأنشطة جماعية
- تقييم ما بعد التدريب – فور انتهاء التدريب: سيتم إجراء تقييم لقياس الاحتفاظ الفوري بالتعلم للمشاركين. سيُطلب من المشاركين أيضًا وضع خطط عمل فردية حول كيفية تطبيق المعرفة والمهارات المكتسبة.
- منح الشهادات للمتدربين: تمنح شهادة مشاركة للمشاركين الذين حضروا التدريب بنجاح.
- تقديم وقبول تقرير التدريب النهائي بالإضافة إلى أوراق الحضور المنتظمة
- إقامة والحفاظ على علاقات عمل تعاونية وفعالة مع الآخرين.
- تقسيم الفتيات والنساء حسب أعمارهن ومستوياتهن المعرفية.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع مركز التنسيق للمركز المسؤول عن ضمان حضور المدرب في الوقت المحدد وتقديم الدعم الإداري والتقييم
- تقديم تقارير أسبوعية إلى مركز التنسيق بما في ذلك أوراق الحضور والتوصية وردود الفعل.
- إعداد خطط العمل وتنظيمها لتناسب احتياجات التدريب والمتدربين.
- إعداد المواد التدريبية اللازمة بالتنسيق الوثيق مع مركز التنسيق.
مجال العمل
يجب أن يشمل التدريب:
- تعليم المستفيدات المبادئ الأساسية للخياطة (قص وتفصيل ورسم) وغزل الصوف باليد.
- المتابعة المستمرة لتطوير مهارات المستفيدين في مجال الخياطة والنسيج.
- تعريف المستفيدين بأدوات الخياطة والنسيج وكيفية استخدامها والتعامل معها.
- استخدم ألوان وأنواع مختلفة من خيوط الصوف في نفس القطعة.
- تثقيف المستفيدات حول كيفية عمل التصاميم وتقدير التكلفة الفعلية لإنهاء فستان واحد.
- تعليم المتدربين أخذ قياسات دقيقة واستخدام الأساليب المبتكرة والمهنية لإصلاح الملابس.
في نهاية التدريب ، سيتمكن المتدربون من
- تحسين معرفتهم ومهاراتهم في الخياطة والنسيج

- خطة عمل بعد التدريب لمساعدة المشاركين على ممارسة المهارات والمعرفة المكتسبة وتحسين معارفهم

Qualifications/ Experiences and requirement
– Female trainer
– Practical experience in the field of sewing and knitting wool for a minimum of two years.
– The ability to communicate information in easy and good ways.
– The ability to write and read Arabic well.
– Certificate of experience in the profession of sewing, if any.
– Knowledge and familiarity with fashion design.
– Have good communication skills and training methods.
– Previous experience in teaching or training
– Experience in working with women and girls
– Have good training skills and effective communication skills
– The ability to communicate information in a simple and easy way.
Job Description:
- Pre-training assessment of trainees in advance of the training: The trainer will design a pre-training assessment questionnaire and administer it
- Preparation of the training course –to be formed from the results of pre-training assessment: Based on the results of the survey, the trainer will tailor and prepare training package for the trainees.
- seminar presentations, case studies, demonstration sessions, team building exercises and group activities
- Post training evaluation – immediately at the end of the training: An evaluation to measure immediate learning retention will be conducted for participants. Participants will also be required to develop individual Action plans on how they wish to apply the knowledge and skills gained.
- Award of certificates to trainees: A Certificate of Participation shall be awarded to participants who will have successfully attended the training.
- Submission and acceptance of Final Training report in addition to the regular attendance sheets
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
- Division of girls and women according to their age and knowledge levels.
- Close Coordination with the center focal point who be responsible to ensure the trainer attendance on time and provide administrative support and evaluation
- Submit weekly reports to the center focal point including attendance sheets, recommendation and feedback.
- Preparing work plans and organizing them to suit the needs of training and trainees.

SCOPE OF WORK
The training should cover:
- Teaching female beneficiaries the basic principles of sewing (cut, detail, and plot) and wool spinning by hand.
- Continuously following up on developing the skills of the beneficiaries in the field of sewing and weaving.
- Introduce the beneficiaries with the sewing and weaving tools and how to use and deal with them.
- Use different colors and types of woolen yarn in the same piece.
- Educating the female beneficiaries on how to make the designs and estimating the actual cost of finishing one dress.
- Teaching the trainees to take accurate measurements and to use innovative and professional methods of repairing clothes.
By the end of the training, trainees will be able to
- To improve their knowledge and skills of Sewing and weaving
Expected outcome
- An after-training Action Plan to help participants practice skills and knowledge gained and to improve their knowledge
