Job Requirements:        

Job Description:

1. Follow MRFS’s policies, guidelines, and procedures;

• Actively promote Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) standards within MRFS and amongst its beneficiaries;
• Contribute to the creation of a positive image and overall credibility of the organization, notably through the application of the Code of Conduct, ethics, values, and standpoint with regards to internal and external actors;

2. Implement MEAL activities according to the MEAL plan;
3. Work with the MEAL Officer on designing and/or updating MEAL tools;
4. Assist the MEAL Officer in generating a filling system that ensures that all data are kept in accordance with MRFS’s Data Quality Minimum Standards and that relevant means of verification are in place;
5. Conduct on-site routine data quality audits at the health facility and community levels;
6. Gather qualitative and quantitative data from the community and health facilities;
7. Collect data from the field using mobile data collection tools and other electronic databases;
8. Work closely with the MEAL officer to update monthly reports;
9. Promote internal learning by sharing timely feedback from the field;
10. Support the program/project in documenting the lessons learned;
11. Enter data in databases and maintaining accurate records;
12. Compile data and verifying accuracy and reviewing data for any data errors;
13. Track the cases received via the CBRFM and ensure that follow-ups are being conducted through tracking the status of each case;
14. Based on the CBRFM Guidelines, provide information and/or refer the case to the relevant unit or senior management;
15. Generate regular analysis and reports for the CBRFM;
