A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian aid project and invites contractors to submit offers for Basic Hand Wash Facilities in areesha Camp (36.579319°, 40.625886°), North East Syria.
منظمه غير حكوميه , تقوم بتنفيذ مشاريع اغاثية انسانية وتدعو جميع المقاولين بتقديم عروضهم لمشروع مرافق غسل اليدين في مخيم عريشه (36.277987°, 40.773674°), ، شمال شرق سوريا
The tender contains: –
- Installations of hand washing 115 unit
منشآت غسل اليدين 115 وحدة
All rehabilitation works will need to be completed within 1 month after contract signature date.
جميع اعمال يجب ان تنتهي خلال شهر من تاريخ توقيع العقد
General conditions:
- Tender documentation can be collected free of charge by all interested bidders from ACTED office- Al Qadesya Street, near salah aldeen Mosque or can be requested by E-mail at operations@gmail.com.
- Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 26/07/2020 in TWO Files ( Financial and technical Offer ) by email to operations@gmail.com and the Email subject should be RFQ/16DUZ/54F/HWF/ARE/WASH/12/07/2020/01.
- Late offers will be automatically
- ACTED reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
- ACTED will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
- A pre-tender information session will be organized on 19/07/2020 at 14:00 local time in ACTED representative office ACTED office- Al Qadesya Street, near salah aldeen Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at ACTED’s office on 20/07/2020.
- ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

- يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين في العنوان التالي:

- يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 26/07/2020 في ملفين منفصلين (أحدهم للعرض الفني والثاني للعرض المالي) عن طريق الإيميل operations@gmail.com ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل RFQ/16DUZ/54F/HWF/ARE/WASH/12/07/2020/01.وسيتم تجاهل الايميلات التي لا تشمل هذا الكود
- العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا
- يجوز لمقدمي العطاءات التقدم بطلب للحصول على عقد أو اكثر وتحتفظ ACTED بحق التعاقد مع شركة او اكثر
تحتفظ ACTED ي العرض المالي بحق إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة
- ستنظر ACTED في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم
- جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في 19/07/2020 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب أكتــــد عامودا، المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة /من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب أكتـــد في عامودا في يوم 20/07/2020
- أكتـــــد غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف اوتكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار لأكتـــــد
