متطلبات العمل:
- University degree in Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience, in a non-government organization.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Arabic and Kurdish
- Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing professional environment with a
view towards establishing administrative procedures and protocol that will ensure optimal functioning of the Operation.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion.
الوصف الوظيفي:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist HR officer in following up national staff HR’s administrative issues like preparing contracts, leaves follow up, personal file update, timesheets ……etc
- Updating the Nes Syria Mission national staff database weekly.
- Assist in preparing payroll for service contract holders and casual daily labors.
- In charge of the first applications screening.
- Assist in briefing new staff on personnel policies and assure further adherence with code of conduct and others document
- Receiving and checking leave requests.
- Provision of support in the recruitment of new national staff, i.e. vacancy
announcement posting, Copy and Scan of CVs Shortlists, scheduling of interviews,
- Participate in interviews, prepare interview form for candidates, contact with successful candidates.
- Preparing SAM and UN check list regularly for staff.
- assist with Admin of Erbil office to prepare Blumont ID cards.
- assist in following up the annual appraisal process.
- Completing resignation/termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
- Supporting HR officer with the management of disciplinary and grievance issues if needed
- Assist in filing systems of HR documentation and undertaking corrective measures if needed
- Any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility.
