متطلبات العمل:

  • University degree in Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience, in a non-government organization.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Arabic and Kurdish
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing professional environment with a

view towards establishing administrative procedures and protocol that will ensure optimal functioning of the Operation.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion.

الوصف الوظيفي:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Assist HR officer in following up national staff HR’s administrative issues like preparing contracts, leaves follow up, personal file update, timesheets ……etc
  • Updating the Nes Syria Mission national staff database weekly.
  • Assist in preparing payroll for service contract holders and casual daily labors.
  • In charge of the first applications screening.
  • Assist in briefing new staff on personnel policies and assure further adherence with code of conduct and others document
  • Receiving and checking leave requests.
  • Provision of support in the recruitment of new national staff, i.e. vacancy

announcement posting, Copy and Scan of CVs Shortlists, scheduling of interviews,

  • Participate in interviews, prepare interview form for candidates, contact with successful candidates.
  • Preparing SAM and UN check list regularly for staff.
  • assist with Admin of Erbil office to prepare Blumont ID cards.
  • assist in following up the annual appraisal process.
  • Completing resignation/termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
  • Supporting HR officer with the management of disciplinary and grievance issues if needed
  • Assist in filing systems of HR documentation and undertaking corrective measures if needed
  • Any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility.
