A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing a humanitarian project which invites contractors to submit their offers for the project of Rehabilitation of two schools in North line of DEZ: Rabida School and Ghariba Al-Gharbia School and supply and install furniture for both schools in North East Syria
تقوم منظمة غير حكومية غير ربحية بتنفيذ مشروع إنساني يدعو المقاولين إلى تقديم عروضهم لمشروع لاصلاح وترميم مدرستين في الخط الشمالي لدير الزور : مدرسة الربيضة و مدرسة غريبة الغربية وتوريد وتركيب مفروشات للمدرستين
| Maintenance will include, but will not be limited to: | الاصلاحات سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: |
| · Supplying and execute planting of Forestry trees (cypress and Azadirachta) for school | · تقديم وتنفيذ زراعة غرسات أشجار غير مثمرة حراجية (سرو و أزدرخت) |
| · Supply and execute non reinforcing concrete, cement content 250 kg/m3 | · تقديم وتنفيذ بيتون أرضيات غير مسلح |
| · Supply and executing hollow block work basins | · توريد وتنفيذ اعمال بلوك مفرغ مختلف السماكات مع كافة المواد اللازمة (رمل، اسمنت،….) |
| · Execute Internal plastering | · تنفيذ طينة اسمنتية داخلية للجدران طبقتين عيار الاسمنت 250كغ/م3 في المدرسة |
| · Execute Tyrolean plaster for buildings with colored material | · تنفيذ رشة تيرولية للمباني مع مادة ملونة |
| · Supply Furniture for both Schools | · توريد مفروشات لكلتا المدرستين |
| Contract Completion: will be before 31/08/2020 importatnt note :- the bid should have registration from Chamber of commerce in Dier Alzor |
صلاحية الاتفاقية: ستكون لغاية 31/08/2020

The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate, or can be requested by e-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com

Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on 12th july 2020 in two SEPARATE FILES by email to syria.operations@gmail.com , and the mail subject should be RFQ/16CVZ-2/G19/SRN/AMU/SHEL/29-06-2020/01
Late offers will be automatically rejected.
يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 12/07/2020 في ملفين منفصلين (أحدهم للعرض الفني والثاني للعرض المالي) عن طريق الإيميل syria.operations@gmail.com ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل RFQ/16CVZ-2/G19/SRN/AMU/SHEL/29-06-2020/01 وسيتم تجاهل الايميلات التي لا تشمل هذا الكود
العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا
A pre-tender information session will be organized at 14:00 (local time in Syria) on 7th July 2020 in ACTED representative office in : ACTED office in Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at ACTED’s office on 08th July 2020 .
جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في 07/07/2020 الساعة الثانية عصرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب أكتــــد عامودا، المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة /من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب أكتـــد في عامودا في يوم 08/07/2020
