إشعار لعملية تزويد / IMPORTANT NOTICE for PROCUREMENT
A non-profit, non-governmental organization providing WASH services in Areesha Camp inviting service provider to submit their offers for this service,
منظمة غير حكومية غير ربحية تقدم خدمات المياه والصرف الصحي والنظافة الصحية في مخيم أريشا تدعو مقدم الخدمة إلى تقديم
عروضها لهذه الخدمة،

WORKS SPECIFICATIONS:
The tender contains 4 lots:
 Lot 1: Garbage Collection: among these services is Garbage collection service which guarantees a safe transportation and disposal of solid waste that will be collected from the garbage bins and disposed at the approved landfill/dumpsite, for that the organization inviting service provider to submit their offers for this service
 Lot 2: Cleaning Water Trucking: among these services to Provide Water’s Trucks with driver for water transportation for latrine cleaning for that the organization inviting service provider to submit their offers for this service
 Lot 3: Desludging: among these services is desludging service which guarantees a safe transportation and disposal of liquid waste “Sludge and black water” produces in the camp, for that the organization inviting service provider to submit their offers for this service
 Lot 4: Drinking Water Trucking: among these services is water trucking service which insures that sufficient safe water quantities are provided to the covered camps, for that the organization inviting service provider to submit their offers for this service
يحتوي العطاء على 4 مجموعات :
• المجموعة الأولى: جمع القمامة: من بين هذه الخدمات ، خدمة جمع القمامة التي تضمن النقل الآمن والتخلص من النفايات الصلبة التي سيتم جمعها من صناديق القمامة والتخلص منها في موقع المكب / القمامة المعتمدين ، لذلك تدعو الموسسه مقدم الخدمة لتقديم عروضهم لهذه الخدمة
• المجموعة الثانية : نقل مياه بالصهاريج: من بين هذه الخدمات تزويد صهاريج المياه بسائق لنقل المياه
لتنظيف المراحيض
• المجموعة الثالثة : إزالة الحمأة: من بين هذه الخدمات خدمة إزالة الحمأة التي تضمن النقل الآمن والتخلص من النفايات السائلة “الحمأة والمياه السوداء” التي تنتج في المخيم ، لذلك تدعو الموسسه مقدم الخدمة لتقديم عروضهم لهذه الخدمة لذلك تدعو الموسسه مقدم الخدمة لتقديم عروضهم لهذه الخدمة
• المجموعة الرابعة : نقل مياه الشرب بالشاحنات: من بين هذه الخدمات خدمة نقل المياه بالشاحنات التي تضمن توفير كميات كافية من المياه الصالحة للشرب للمخيمات المغطاة ، لذلك تدعو الموسسه مقدم الخدمة لتقديم عروضهم لهذه الخدمة

The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following addresses:

 Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 07/06/2020 in One File by email to syria.operations@gmail.com
 Late offers will be automatically rejected.
 Bidders may apply for one or more Lots and the organization reserves the right to contract with one or more companies
 The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
 The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
 A pre-tender information session will be organized on03/06/2020 at 14:00 local time in the organization representative office- in Al Qadesya Street, near salah aldeen Mosque. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization office on 4/06/2020
 The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

• العروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة ليس بعد الساعة الرابعة )التوقيت المحلي في سوريا( من 7/6/2020 في ملف واحد

مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية بالإضافة لأنه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة من قبل
مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب أكتد في يوم 4/07/20200
• الموسسه غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف او تكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار للموسسه
• لجميع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بهذه المناقصة، يرجى الاتصال بمكتب الموسسه في عامودا، ليس بعد 04/07/2020 الساعة
