الوصف الوظيفي:
- مراقبة النوافذ والأبواب للتأكد من وجود الأقفال والتأكد من سلامة عملها.
- مراقبة أمن وسلامة المبنى بالقيام مثلا بإغلاق الأبواب بعد انتهاء ساعات العمل، ومراقبة استخدام الأجهزة الكهربائية لضمان عدم وجود مخاطر او ضرر تم الحاقه بها.
- مراقبة دخول وانصراف الموظفين والزوار وغيرهم بغرض تجنب حدوث سرقات والحفاظ على أمن المنشأة.
- التجول في المنشأة لمنع وتحري حدوث تسلل ما، والتأكد من أمن الأبواب والنوافذ والبوابات.
- الإبلاغ عن الأنشطة اليومية والمخالفات مثل تأذي المعدات أو الممتلكات أو السرقات أو وجود أشخاص غير مرخص لهم بالدخول أو أي حوادث غير عادية.
- الاتصال بإدارة المشفى في حالات الطوارئ، مثل الحرائق أو وجود أشخاص غير المرخص لهم بالدخول.
- تحذير الأشخاص من مخالفة القوانين أو اقتراف أي انتهاكات واعتقال أو طرد المخالفين من المباني وذلك باستخدام القوة عند الضرورة.
- الاستجابة لأجهزة الإنذار والتحري عند حدوث أي اضطراب.
- فحص وضبط أنظمة الأمن والمعدات والآلات لضمان الاستخدام الجيد لها والكشف عن أدلة العبث بها.
- التجول بين الزوار للحفاظ على النظام وحماية الممتلكات.
- المساعدة في مراقبة وتدريب الكادر المبتدئ.
- أي مهام أخرى يكلفه بها المدير المباشر.

Job Requirements:
- Understand the humanitarian mission of the organization.

- Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours.
Job Description:
- Inspect windows and doors to ensure locks are in place and working.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours, and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Report daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Call facility management in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, or machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.
- Circulate among visitors to preserve order and protect property.
- Assist in the supervision and training of junior staff.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
