الوصف الوظيفي:

  1. الحفاظ على نظافة نقطة الحجر الصحي وفقا للجداول والطرق والإجراءات والمقاييس المتفق عليها في التنظيف.
  2. التأكد من أن المستلزمات والمواد يتم حفظها حسب الكميات المتفق عليها وكذلك استخدامها بشكل اقتصادي.
  3. تنظيف طوابق المبنى من خلال المسح والتعقيم والتطهير والكنس.
  4. اتباع إجراءات استخدام المنظفات الكيماوية وأجهزة التنظيف الكهربائية بطريقة لا تؤذي الأرضيات والأثاث.
  5. إعلام المدراء في حال الحاجة إلى إصلاحات أساسية أو إضافات لتطوير أنظمة العمل.
  6. طلب الإمدادات أو المعدات اللازمة للقيام بمهام التنظيف.
  7. تنظيف وتلميع الأثاث والتجهيزات.
  8. تنظيف الحمامات والمراحيض وتعبئة علب الصابون فيها.
  9. جمع القمامة والتخلص منها.
  10. يعد عامل/ة النظافة مكان نقطة الحجر الصحي مسؤولا عن التنظيف والتأكد من اتباع طرق التنظيف الصحية في المنشأة الصحية حسب المبادئ التوجيهية والقواعد التالية:
  • ارتداء زي نظيف وعملي.
  • تطبيق القواعد الصحية الخاصة بتنظيف اليدين (غسل وفرك اليدين بماء كحولي) قبل البدء وعند الانتهاء من عمليات التنظيف وعند الحاجة.
  • ارتدا القفازات عند القيام بعمليات التنظيف.
  1. الالتزام بالتسلسل المنطقي في سير عمليات التنظيف:
  • البدء بالمناطق الأقل تلوثا.
  • الانتقال من النظيف إلى الأكثر اتساخاً، ومن الأعلى إلى الأسفل.
  • التنظيف دائما قبل التعقيم.
  1. تجنب خلط منتجات التنظيف المختلفة معا.
  2. تنظيف وتطهير المواد بعد استخدامها في نهاية اليوم.
  3. استخدام تقنيات إزالة الغبار الجيدة مثل المسح والكنس الرطب للسطوح.
  4. تنظيف النوافذ والحواجز الزجاجية والمرايا باستخدام الماء والصابون أو باستخدام منظفات أخرى وذلك اما باستخدام الاسفنج او الممسحة المطاطية.
  5. المساعدة في مراقبة وتدريب الكادر المبتدئ.
  6. أي مهام أخرى يكلفه/ا بها المدير المباشر.

Job Description:

  1. Keeping the Quarantine Point, clean in accordance with agreed cleaning schedules, policies procedures, standards and strategies.
  2. Ensuring that stores and supplies are maintained at agreed levels, and used economically.
  3. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  4. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  5. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  6. Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning duties.
  7. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  8. Service and clean restrooms or supply soap.
  9. Gather and empty trash.
  10. The Quarantine Point cleaner is responsible for cleanliness and ensuring hygienic cleaning methods in the HF according to the following Guidelines and rules:
  • To wear a clean and adapted uniform.
  • To perform hygiene of the hands (washing or friction hydro-alcoholic) in beginning and end of the operations of cleaning, and each time necessary.
  • To wear gloves at the time of the cleaning actions.
  1. To respect a logical order in the course of cleaning:
  • To start with the least contaminated areas.
  • To go from clean towards the dirty one, and from top to down.
  • To clean always before disinfecting.
  1. To never mix different cleaning products together.
  2. To clean and to disinfect the material after use at the end of the day.
  3. To use good dust removal techniques like wet wiping of surfaces and wet sweeping.
  4. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaning sponges, or squeegees.
  5. Assist in the supervision and training of junior staff.
  6. Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
