1-2 ما لا يقل عن 1-2 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في المجال ذي الصلة.
الخبرة في العمل يفضل في حالات الطوارئ.
اللغة المحلية المطلوبة
واللغة الإنجليزية أن تكون رصيدا
القدرة إثباته إلى العمل كجزء من فريق وعلى المبادرة الخاصة.

الوصف الوظيفي:
“تقديم الخدمات العلاجية والوقائية بعد وزارة الصحة أو الدولية المعترف بها
بروتوكولات العلاج.
- إدارة الفريق الطبي المحمول مباشرة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة أعضاء الفريق الآخرين في الميدان والإشراف على أدوات إعداد التقارير.
- الحفاظ على الاحتياطات العالمية للوقاية من العدوى إجراء العمليات الجراحية البسيطة ، مثل الضمادة ، الخياطة.
- تأكد بشكل يومي من توفر الإمدادات والمعدات والأدوية للفريق.
- إحالة المرضى عندما يتعذر التشخيص أو العلاج في الموقع.
- ترتيب / تسهيل خدمات النقل المكوكية لنقل المريض إلى أقرب مرفق إحالة.
- تقديم طلب في الوقت المناسب من اللوازم والمعدات والأدوية.
- التعاون مع مديري / مشرفي البرامج الطبية المتعلقة بأنشطتهم.
- حضور دوراتنا التدريبية واجتماعات البرنامج حسب الحاجة.
- إعداد الإحصائيات والتقارير للبرنامج.
- أداء أي واجبات ومهام أخرى ، حسب الحاجة أو المطلوبة من قبل المنظمة “

Job Requirements:
Qualified Medical Doctor or equivalent degree.
Registration with Syrian Medical Board
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Preferably work experience in emergency situations.
local language required
English language will be an asset
Demonstrable ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Applicant should not be having another Job if he/she got selected.
Job Description:
Provide curative and preventive services following MOH or international recognized
treatment protocols.
- Manage directly mobile medical team.
- Supervise activities of other team members in the field and supervise the reporting tools.
- Maintain universal precautions for infection preventionPerform minor surgical procedures i.e. dressing, stitching.
- Ensure in a daily basis that supplies, equipment’s and medicines are available for the team.
- Refer patients when diagnosis or treatment is not possible at the site.
- Arrange/facilitate for the shuttle services to transport the patient to the nearest referral facility.
- Make timely request of supplies, equipment and medicines.
- Cooperate with the medical program managers/supervisors related to their activities.
- Attend our trainings and program meetings as required.
- Prepare statistics and reports for the program.
- Perform any other duties and functions, as needed or requested by the organization
