- خبرة عملية سابقة لا تقل عن 6 أشهر من في مجال التوعية والتعليم.
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة.
- خبرة في كتابة التقارير.
- خبرة في مجال المشاريع الإنسانية.

الوصف الوظيفي:
- المشاركة في تحسين خطط الفريق التي وضعها مسؤولوا المشروع ، وفقا لأهداف المشروع وأولوياته ، مع مراعاة القضايا الأمنية.
- المشاركة الفعالة في الاجتماع اليومي والأسبوعي للفريق.
- ابلاغ المدير المباشر مسبقا بجميع الاحتياجات في المعدات والأدوات المحددة في الحقل.
- تقديم جلسات توعية لتعزيز النظافة إلى المدنيين السوريين ، بما في ذلك النازحين واللاجئين.
- جمع البيانات من الحقل و ابلاغ القسم عند الحاجة.
- المشاركة في وضع واختبار ونشر مواد المعلومات والتعليم والاتصال (IEC) لدعم أنشطة تعزيز النظافة ، بما في ذلك تحديد احتياجات IEC الجديدة.
- تأكد من إجراء جميع جلسات تعزيز النظافة وفقًا لمعايير عالية الجودة.
- الإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل محددة تعرض للخطر الأنشطة واقتراح الحلول لمديرك المباشر.
- تسليم جميع البيانات التي تم جمعها من الحقل إلى مسؤول إدارة المعلومات لادخالها وتحليلها على نحو منتظم.
- تأكد من أن البيانات التي تم جمعها دقيقة وصحيحة بالضرورة.
- كتابة تقرير أسبوعي عن جميع الأنشطة خلال الأسبوع وتقديمه إلى مديرك المباشر.
- ضمان التطبيق الصارم لجميع القواعد والإجراءات الأمنية ، تحت إشراف المدير المباشر.
- أبلاغ المدير المباشر بأي مشاكل أمنية / أمان يواجهها الفريق في الحقل.
- تقديم أي تقارير أخرى بناء على طلب المدير المباشر.

Job Requirements:
- Education field degree or any medical field degree (as nurse).
- At least 6 months of previous work experience in awareness and education field.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Experience in report writing.
- Experience in humanitarian projects.
Languages: (indicate fluency level) : Arabic
Job Description:
- Participate to the elaboration of the team planning established by the project officers, according to the project objectives and priorities, and taking into account security issues.
- Actively participate in the team’s daily and weekly meeting.
- In advance reporting to the line manager all needs in equipment and tools identified on the field.
- Provide Hygiene Promotion awareness sessions to Syrian civilians, including IDPs and refugees.
- Collect data on the field to inform programming when required.
- Participate in the elaboration, testing and dissemination of Information, Educational and Communication (IEC) materials to support HP activities, including identification of new IEC needs.
- Ensure that all HP sessions are conducted to a high quality standard.
- Report any specific problems that jeopardize the activities and suggest solutions to your line manager.
- Handover all the data collected in the field to the information management officer for entry and analysis on regular basis.
- Ensure data collected is accurate and, correct as necessary.
- Write a weekly report on all activities during the week and provide it to your line manager.
- Ensure strict application of all security rules and procedures, under the line manager supervision.
- Inform your line manager of any security/safety issues faced on the field by the team.
- Any other reports made upon line manager’s request.
