- فهم المهمة الإنسانية للمنظمة.
- خبرة من 2 – 3 سنوات في سياق الطوارئ.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية ممتازة و القدرة على التفكير النقدي و الابداعي
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين ، بما في ذلك الصبر والدبلوماسية والاستعداد للاستماع واحترام الزملاء.
- يجب أن يكون قادرة على العمل بشكل فردي وكجزء من فريق.

الوصف الوظيفي:
- القيام بحراسة الباب أو المواد أو المنشآت و البقاء في حالة تأهب.
- يجب أن يكون البواب قادرًا على الإجابة على بعض الأسئلة الأساسية حول المنظمة
- التحكم في الدخول إلى المرافق من خلال طلب إظهار الشارات من أجل الوصول إلى أسماء الزوار.
- منع المتسللين أو اللصوص من الدخول أو الاستيلاء على الممتلكات.
- اعلام المدير بأي تهديد للمواد أو المنشآت.
- اعلام او طلب الشرطة الوطنية في حال وجود اي تهديد للمواد او للمنشأت.
- عدم استخدام القوة المفرطة.
- تصديق جمع البيانات ذات صلة كقوائم الحضور الموقعة
- التقيد والتمسك بمبدأ السرية عند التعامل مع المعلومات الشخصية او الحساسة
- التأكد من أن المدخل متاحًا في ظروف للاشخاص
- أداء واجبات أخرى حسب الحاجة

Job Requirements:
- Understand the humanitarian mission of the organization.
- 2-3 years’ experience within an emergency context.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect for colleagues.
- Must be capable of working both individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours.
Job Description:
- Guard the door and the materials and/or facilities, remaining awake and alert.
- The Doorman must be able to answer some basic questions about the organization
- Control entry to facilities by requiring the showing of badges in order to gain access and take names of the visitors.
- Prevent intruders or thieves from entering or seizing property.
- Notify the Manager of any threat to materials and/or facilities.
- If requested, notify the national police of threats to materials and/or facilities.
- Do not use excessive force.
- Certify relevant data is being collected, e.g. attendance lists signed
- Discretion and uphold the principle of confidentiality when dealing with personal and sensitive information
- Ensure that the entry remains accessible and in proper conditions for people to access
- Perform other duties as needed
