متطلبات العمل:

Education:

B.Sc. degree in information systems, computer science, or related field is a standard

Experience:

  • 2 years working experience, prefer in NGOs.
  • Experience in working in an international environment and in liaising with a variety of partners at all levels of the hierarchy.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Good in English language read write and Arabic languages.
  • Excellent communication and schedule task skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from various cultures and professional backgrounds, ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

الوصف الوظيفي:

  • Installation, operation, and maintenance of desktop/laptop and other technologies, such as communication systems.
  • IT duties include configuring and installing hardware and software.
  • Setting up, maintaining and repairing equipment and IT peripherals such as printers and routers.
  • Providing daily support for computer network users.
  • Assistants may work at a Help Desk answering and troubleshooting calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems.
  • Regularly work on cloud applications and help users in software.
  • Writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies, negotiating contracts with vendors, and developing contingency plans in case of network failure.
  • Work in other technological specialties, such as Internet security.

Inventory duty:

  • Compile and maintain records of type, quantity, and value of material, equipment.
  • Count equipment, material, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records using computer or manually.
  • Compare inventories with what’s on office records.
  • Verify computer data with physical count of office and adjusts errors in computation, then count, or investigate and report reasons for discrepancies if there is any.
  • Daily update record of tracking sheet for equipment that use by employees.
  • Travel if require for Blumont stores in Syria or to border.
  • Update the inventory list and send to the Blumont Erbil team.
