الوصف الوظيفي:
- تحت إدارة ضابط إرتباط المركز والتوجيه الفني لموظف الحماية ، تطوير وتنظيم وتنفيذ خارطة المخاطر وأنشطة التخفيف، وجلسات التوعية على مستوى المجتمع ، وتيسير الحوار المجتمعي
- الإشراك ودعم مجموعات الشباب المتقابلة في تيسير أنشطة جلسات التوعية بالعنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي في المجتمعات
- إجراء الإستبيانات والتقييمات وجمع بيانات الحماية على مستوى المجتمع
- تيسير مجموعات النقاش المركزة لتحديد ثغرات البرنامج ومراقبة جودة الخدمات
- تحديد التحديات التي تواجهها السيدات والفتيات في الوصول إلى الخدمات والعمل مع موظفي المساحات الآمنه للسيدات والفتيات لتقليل هذه الحواجز
- المساعدة في تحديد أفراد المجتمع الذين يواجهون مشاكل متعلقة بالحماية وتزويدهم بمعلومات عن الخدمات المتاحة
- دعم “موظف الحماية” في تحديد الخدمات والمساهمة في تحديث خارطة الخدمات
- العمل عن كثب مع موظفي المساحات الآمنه للسيدات والفتيات والفريق التقني من اجل تنفيذ النشاطات التي تستهدف العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي
- تشجيع مشاركة جميع أفراد المجتمع ، وتقديم اهتمام خاص للسيدات والفتيات (خاصة من خلال دعم موظف الحماية في تحديد و الوصول للحواجز والمعوقات على المستى المجتمعي)
- بناء روابط جيدة مع المجتمع المحلي
- الحفاظ على علاقات عمل جيدة مع المجتمع المحلي
- المساعدة في مراقبة وتقييم المشروع طوال مدة البرنامج
- إعداد أوراق النشاط وجمع بيانات المراقبة والتقييم وفقا لمتطلبات مساعد ضابط المراقبة والتقييم
- المساهمة في التقارير الشهرية والتراكمية كما هو مطلوب من قبل “موظف الحماية”
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى على النحو المطلوب من قبل المشرف (ضابط إرتباط المركز , موظف الحماية)

Job Description:
- Under the management of the Center Focal point and the technical guidance of the Protection Officer, develop, organize and implement risk mapping and mitigation activities, awareness sessions at community level, and facilitate community dialogue
- Engage and support youth peer groups in facilitating GBV awareness activities in the communities
- Conduct surveys and assessments and gather protection data at community level
- Facilitate FGDs (Focus Group Discussions) to identify program gaps and monitor services quality
- Identify challenges that women and girls are facing in accessing services and work together with WGSS staff to minimize such barriers
- Assist in identifying members of the community that are facing protection-related issues and provide them with information on available services
- Support the Protection Officer in the identification of services and contribute to updating service mapping
- Work closely with WGSS and technical team to carry out GBV mainstreaming activities
- Encourage full participation by all community members, paying special attention to women and girls (especially by supporting the Protection officer in identifying safety and access barriers at community level).
- Build networks within the community
- Maintain good working relationships with local community
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation of the project throughout the program cycle
- Prepare activity sheets and collection of M&E data as per requirements of the M&E Assistant
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports as required by the Protection Officer
- Other tasks as requested by the Senior Protection Officer, Protection Officer or Center Focal Point
