متطلبات العمل:

  • A degree in English language, business. Administration or equivalent .
  • Solid English written and verbal communication skills .
  • Previous Experience in reception or office management . Preferably with INGOs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers).
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

الوصف الوظيفي:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Monitring te CCTVs from the reception area and making sure any brich of protocals the incident is reported to LHA.
  • Incase of an emergency within the building take the responsibility of alerting staff using he panic button.
  • Maintain telecommunication system by following NGO instructions for building phone and console operation.
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Register the request of the staff for lunch every day and collect the cost from them, and documenting the invoices.
  • Prepare weekly list of lunch meal in coordination with cook, and count the cost .
  • Provide support to the admin on arranging for trainings, venues, trainings materials etc…
  • Work closely with the admin team in supervising the Cleaners work in the office and GH, and organize Admin store, inventory of stock and prepare vouchers
  • Provide support to HR team on receive candidates and organize interviews, take copy of IDs.
