Concern Worldwide, intends to award a service contract for Water Trucking in Mahmoudly Camp with financial assistance from the water sanitation and hygiene programme.

تعتزم منظمة كونسيرن العالمية، منح عقد خدمات لتجهيز شاحنات لنقل المياه الى مخيم المحمودلي بمساعدة مالية من برنامج نظافة المياه

 

 

The RFQ will be conducted using Concern Worldwide standard bidding documents, open to all qualified services providers. The Bidding Documents (in English/Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address:

سيتم إجراء طلب عروض الأسعار باستخدام المستندات القياسية المفتوحة لجميع مقدمي الخدمات المؤهلين. يمكن جمع مستندات العطاء (باللغة الإنجليزية / العربية) مجانًا من قبل جميع مقدمي العروض المهتمين على العنوان التالي:

  • Raqqa office
  • Tabqa office
  • Kobani office
  • Manbij office

All bids must be submitted before 16/03/2020 at 15:00 (Syria time) at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope mentioning the RFQ reference on it or by E-mail at iraq.procurement@concern.net

يجب تقديم جميع العروض قبل 16\03\2020 الساعة 15:00 (بتوقيت سوريا) على العنوان المذكور أعلاه في مظروف مختوم يشير إلى مرجع رقم الإعلان عليه أو عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني على iraq.procurement@concern.net

Late Bids will be automatically rejected. سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا.

 

Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.

تحتفظ كونسيرن بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي عرض قبل منح العقد واحالة العطاء، وإلغاء اعلانات العطاءات ورفض جميع العروض في أي وقت.

Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.

لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها المتنافسون فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عطاءاتهم إلى كونسيرن.

Responsibilities of the Contractor:

  1. Terms of delivery: to be delivered 100%
  2. Date of delivery: 164 days maximum
  3. Validity of the offer: minimum 90 days

General conditions:

  1. Offers shall be submitted in English, only US Dollar – USD, (Mandatory) including all Taxes, transportation, other fees
  2. Bidders will fill, sign, stamp and return the Offer form according to Concern Worldwide format.
  3. The offer to the call for quotation will not result in the award of a contract.
  4. The offer must be submitted to Concern Worldwide purchase department in a sealed envelope with the mention “CW/SY/8008/0320/WASH not to be opened before 17/03/2020”
  5. Unsealed envelopes and late offers will not be considered.
  6. In case of total price calculations mistake, unit price will be considered for the total calculated value

  1. The following documents can be taken from our Concern logistic departments in Syria and Iraq or via email: procurement@concern.net clearly writing the Procurement Reference in the email subject line.
  • Advertiment and Instutions to bid
  • Annex 1 RFQ / Financial Offer
  • Annex 2 – Technical Questionnaire
  • Annex 3 Suppliers Relevant Experience Form
  1. All bidders are highly advised to read, sign and stamp below documents
  • Annex 4 Concerns Terms and Conditions (signed and stamped).
  • Annex 5 Concern Anti-Fraud and Whistle Blowing Policy (signed and stamped).
  • Annex 6 Concern Safeguarding Policies (Programme Participant Protection Policy, Child Safeguarding Policy, Anti-Trafficking in Persons Policy and Terminology) Policies) signed and stamped).

  1. Preference will be given to suppliers living inside Mahmoudli camp

  1. the source of water should be from Al Balekh main Chanel or Al Salhabia Chanel

يجب ان يكون مصدر المياه قناة البليخ الرئيسية او قناة السلحبية
