A non-profit, non-governmental organization announces a call for offers to contract companies for a two years framework agreement to provide Office and, Guest Houses Supplies through a framework agreement to be delivered in Al-Hasakeh Governorate in North East Syria.. For , and for this purpose, suppliers are asked to submit their offers to our organization according to agreed schedule.

منظمة دولية، غير حكومية، غير ربحية، تعلن عن عرض للتعاقد مع شركة لمدة عامين من أجل اللوازم المكتبية وبيوت الضيافة من خلال اتفاقية إطارية لمحافظة الحسكة في شمال شرق سوريا  ، ولهذا الغرض نطلب من الموردين تقديم عروضهم لمنظمتنا وفقًا للجدول الزمني المتفق عليه.

Conditions:  الشروط والاحكام

 

  1. The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) can be requested only by E-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com
  2. Offers must be submitted no later than 16:00 (local time in Syria) on the 16/02/2022 in One File by email to syria.operations@gmail.com and the Email subject should be RFQ/16MULTI/MULTIMULTI/AMU/GSS/26-01-2022
  3. Late offers will be automatically
  4. Bidders may apply for one or more Lots and the organization reserves the right to contract with one or more companies. Selection will be done by Lot.
  5. The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to it.
  6. A 2-years Primary Framework Agreement will be awarded to the most competitive supplier(s) in terms of price and technical check per Lot. we reserve the right to award one (1) or more secondary Framework Agreements per Lot according to the results of the evaluation. The quantities are indicative and are subject to change.
  7. All information’s regarding the format and the evaluation of your offer as well as the mandatory document to be attached will be mentioned in the bidding documents.

  1. يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل المهتمين عن طريق طلبها عبر الايميل التالي: syria.operations@gmail.com فقط.
  2. يجب تقديم العروض في موعد أقصاه الساعة 16:00 (بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا) في 16/02/2022 في ملف واحد عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني إلىoperations@gmail.com وينبغي أن يكون موضوع البريد الإلكتروني RFQ/16MULTI/MULTIMULTI/AMU/GSS/26-01-2022
  3. سيتم رفض العروض المتأخرة تلقائيًا.
  4. يمكن لمقدمي العروض التقدم بطلب للحصول على واحد أو أكثر من المجموعات و تحتفظ المنظمة بحق التعاقد مع شركة واحدة أو أكثر. سيتم الاختيار على حسب المجموعة
  5. لن تكون المنظمة مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عروضهم إلى اكتد
  6. سيتم منح اتفاقية إطار عمل أساسية لمدة عامين للمورد (الموردين) الأكثر تنافسية من حيث السعر والفحص الفني لكل دفعة. تحتفظ المنظمة بالحق في منح اتفاقية إطار واحدة (1) أو أكثر لكل مجموعة وفقًا لنتائج التقييم. الكميات إرشادية وقابلة للتغيير.
  7. سيتم ذكر جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بشكل وتقييم العرض الخاص بك وكذلك الوثيقة الإلزامية التي سيتم إرفاقها في وثائق العطاء.
