A non Huminitarian organisation  is implementing a project to address food insecurity for vulnerable conflict affecting population in Syria and invites the contractors to submit offers for procurement of Kitchen-Garden in Raqqa and Amuda in Northeast of Syria

تنفذ منظمة انسانية مشروع لمعالجة انعدام الأمن الغذائي للسكان المستضعفين المتأثرين بالصراع  في سوريا تدعو المنظمة المقاولين لتقديم عروض اسعارهم لعملية الشراء الخاصة لتوريد طرود حدائق منزلية في الرقة وعامودا في شمال شرق سوريا

Supplies  will include, but will not be limited to: الاصلاحات سوف تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
  • Seeds
  • Fertilizers
 ·         بذور

·         الاسمده
  • Tools
  • Irrigation system

Contract Completion: delivery has to be before 15/02/2022 صلاحية الاتفاقية: ستكون لغاية 15/02/2022

Date of delivery:  5 days after the contract signature. The organization reserves the right to disqualify offers that do not comply to the delivery deadline.

. تاريخ التسليم: 5 أيام بعد توقيع العقد. تحتفظ المنظمة بالحق في استبعاد العروض التي لا تمتثل لموعد التسليم النهائي.

General conditions:

  1. The bidding documents (in English and Arabic) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: Organisation office in Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate and organization Office in Furat neighborhood, 100 meters east of Al Howaidy building in Raqqa Governorate, or can be requested by e-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com
  2. Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 19th f December 2021 by email to syria.operations@gmail.com  and the mail subject should be RFQ/16EPT/16ENU/KGR/KGA KGK/AMU/RQS/FSL/09-12-2021/1
  3. Late offers will be automatically rejected.
  4. Bidders may apply for one or more Lots and the organization reserves the right to contract with one or more companies
  5. the organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
  6. the organization will consider the unit price for evaluation purposes.
  7. A pre-tender information session will be organized at 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 15 of December 2021 in the organization representative office in: the organization office in Al-Qasadiyah neighborhood, Amuda, Al Hasakeh Governorate and organization Office in Furat NBH neighborhood, 100 meters east of Al Howaidy building in Raqqa Governorate. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. In addition, written summary of all inquiries raised by interested bidders will be available at the organization office on 16th  of December 
  • But in in case of lockdown a skype meeting will be scheduled, and link shared by Logistics Team in organization’s Raqqa and Amuda Offices.
  1. the organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.
  2. For all inquiries regarding this tender, please contact the organization representative office in Amuda organisation Office or Raqqa organisation Office, not later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 18/12/2021 local time in Syria or by E-mail at syria.operations@gmail.com

الشروط العامة:

 

  1. يمكن الحصول على مستندات المناقصة (عربي وانجليزي) بشكل مجاني من قبل جميع المهتمين في العنوان التالي:

      مكتب المنظمة: عامودا حي القادسية – شمال جامع صلاح الدين- قطاع الحسكة، ومكتب المنظمة في الرقة، حي فرات ، على بعد 100 متر شرق من عمارة الهويدي أو يمكن طلبها عبر الإيميل التالي:

  1. يجب أن تقدم العروض ليس بعد الساعة الواحده (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من 19/12/2021 عن طريق الإيميل syria.operations@gmail.com    ويجب ان يكون اسم الايميل

  1. العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا
  2. يجوز لمقدمي العطاءات التقدم بطلب للحصول على عقد أو اكثر وتحتفظ المنظمة بحق التعاقد مع شركة او اكثر
  3. تحتفظ المنظمة بحق إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
  4. ستنظر المنظمة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
  5. جلسة لتقديم معلومات قبل المناقصة ستكون في 15/12/2021 الساعة الواحدة ظهرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سوريا في مكتب المنظمة عامودا، ومكتب المنظمة في الرقة، حي فرات المشاركة في هذه الجلسة من قبل مقدمي العروض هي مفضلة ولكن ليست الزامية ، بالاضافة لانه سيتم كتابة ملخص عن الاستفسارات المطروحة /من قبل مقدمي العروض المهتمين وهذه الاستفسارات ستكون متوفرة في مكتب المنظمة في عامودا ومكتب المنظمة في الرقة، حي فرات في يوم 16/12/2021
  6. المنظمة لن تكون مسؤولة عن أي تكاليف أو نفقات يتكبدها مقدمو العروض فيما يتعلق بإعداد وتقديم عروضهم إلى المنظمة
  7. لجميع الاستفسارات المتعلقة بهذه المناقصة، يرجى الاتصال بمكتب ، ليس بعد 18/12/2021 الساعة الواحدة ظهرا بالتوقيت المحلي او ارسال استفساراتكم على الايميل التالي    syria.operations@gmail.com
