Tender documentation with detailed instructions can be obtained from CVT Offices at Raqqa, Derek and Manbij during working days between 8.30 a.m. 4.30 p.m. before 16th of December 2021 or upon request via email; Procurement.nes@pinf.cz

Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
يجب التقيد بشروط المناقصة و استكمال الأوراق والا سيتم استبعاد المتقدم.
Sealed tender offers with required documents and samples have to be submitted to organization office in Menbij or Erbil as hardcopy.

Envelope opening session will be held on 20/12/2021 by 14:00 p.m. Syrian local time venue CVT office in Menbij and the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
