متطلبات العمل:
Education:
– University degree, organizational behavior, community development.
– Certificate and transcript degrees are required to be provided.
Experience:
– More than one year working experience in the NGO, preferrable in M&E or related field.
Skills/ Competencies:
– Good knowledge of English language, and fluency in Arabic.
– Good experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS word, Excel, and outlook).
– Good writing and reporting skills.
– Experience in data collection and analysis processes, and experience in data collection tools (KOBO).
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work with minimum supervision.
– Flexibility, commitment, patience and good sense of humor.
– Willingness to travel within the mentioned areas.
الوصف الوظيفي:
- Daily following up for the SWM and Desludging activities in Hasaka Collective Centers.
- Identifying the gaps and challenges in CCs and providing recommendations for handling it.
- Collect survey data in due time and enter it to the database.
- Supporting M&E Officer in Conducting QA/QC checks on project shipments before being delivered to their destinations.
- Checking and following up all distribution processes for all CCs in Al-Hasaka City.
- Keep and assure a good work environment with colleagues and CC residents.
- Collecting feedbacks and complaints from beneficiaries through follow up the activities in CCs.
- Perform any additional duties as requested by the M&E Officer.
