الوصف الوظيفي:

Perform clinical laboratory activities according to protocols, security and hygiene measures in order to obtain results to determine the patient’s treatment

القيام بأنشطة المخبر الطبية وفق بروتوكولات وإجراءات النظافة والسلامة التابعة للمنظمة لأجل الحصول على نتائج تحدد نوعية علاج المريض.

Accountabilies: المسؤوليات

The Lab technician will work in the laboratory of NCD program. Initially, there will be a strong focus on insituting appropriate procedures and protocols for the maintenance of laboratory equipment, quality control and safety procedures. With time certain activities may be done in peripheral facilites.

إن فني المخبر سيعمل في مخبر برنامج الأمراض المزمنة التابع للمنظمة.مبدئياً , سيكون هناك تركيز شديد على إنشاء إجراءات و بروتوكولات مناسبة لأجل صيانة أجهزة المخبر , مراقبة الجودة وإجراءات السلامة . مع مرور الوقت يمكن القيام ببعض الأنشطة في المرافق الفرعية الأخرى.

  • According to the medical prescription, perform laboratory exams (serology, hematology, biochemistry, bacteriology, parasitology, etc., according to context), with the appropriate techniques, and according to standard protocols approved by the organization.
  • – القيام بإجراء التحاليل الطبية التالية وذلك وفق الوصفة الطبية (الأمصال، الدمويات، الكيمياء الحيوية، الجرثوميات، الطفيليات، الخ. حسب الحالة)، باستخدام التقنيات المناسبة وفق البروتوكولات المعيارية الموافق عليها من قبل المنظمة.
  • Lab test will include: RDT/POC tests (HIV, Syphillis, RBS, HB), HB1AC, pregnancy tests, urine tests, , thyroid function tests, Creatinine, Tot. Cholesterol, triglyceride, Urea, Alk Phos, Alt, Bilirubine, Creatinine kinase, amylase, Potassium, spirometry blood group, CBC, WBC,
  • – ستتضمن التحاليل المخبرية كل من التحاليل التالية :
  • RDT /POC ( HIV ,Syphilis ,RBS ,HIV ),HB1AC , ToT,Alk Phos ,Alt ,
  • بالإضاقة إلى تحليل الحمل ,تحاليل البول , تحاليل الغدة الدرقية , الكرياتينين , الكوليسترول ,الشحوم الثلاثية , البولة ,بيليروبين ,الكرياتينين كيناس ,أميلاز ,بوتاسيوم , الزمرة الدموية لقياس التنفس , تعداد الدم العام , كريات البيض وصيغ.
  • Comply with the health and safety rules / instructions of wearing protective gears (if/when applicable) related to the job.
  • – الالتزام بقواعد وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة بارتداء المعدات الواقية (إذا/ عندما تطلب الأمر لذلك) المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل.
  • Respect medical ethics at all times.احترام الأخلاقيات الطبية في جميع الأوقات.
  • Know and apply hygiene protocols (for individual and collective protection). Carry out cleaning and tidying up of the laboratory.
  • – معرفة وتطبيق بروتوكولات النظافة (لحماية الفرد ولحماية المجموعة). القيام بتنظيف وترتيب المخبر.
  • Ensure proper sample disposal according to highest Organization’s safety standards.
  • – التأكد من التخلص المناسب من نفايات العينات وفق معايير السلامة القصوى التابعة للمنظمة.
  • May perform and supervise blood transfusion procedures including screening of donors, cross matching and blood collection.
  • – قد يقوم بإجراء أو الإشراف على عملية نقل الدم، مطابقة العينات وجمع الدم.
  • Give information to the relevant persons (doctors/nurse according to context) about the results, respecting confidentiality
  • – إعطاء المعلومات فقط للمعنيين مثل (الأطباء / الممرضين حسب الحالة) بشأن نتائج التحليل، مع احترام السرية التامة.
  • Always ensure that sample results are correctly registered and reported.
  • – التأكد دائماً من أن نتيجة العينات قد تم تسجيلها والإبلاغ عنها بشكل صحيح.
  • Record internal quality control procedures in the specific book, including cleaning of machines (microscope, centrifuge, etc.),use of control reagents, batch number ,date opened and expiration date of newly opened reagents/kits
  • – تدوين الإجراءات الداخلية لضبط الجودة ضمن دفتر خاص، بما فيها تنظيف الأجهزة (مثل: المجهر، جهاز طرد المركزي)، استخدام ضبط للمواد الكاشفة، رقم الدفعة، تاريخ فتح وانتهاء صلاحية المواد الكاشفة التي تم فتحها حديثاً.
  • Ensure adequate and proper storage of laboratory items and reagent
  • – التأكد من التخزين السليم لأدوات المخبر وللمواد الكاشفة .
  • Keep an updated inventory of laboratory equipment
  • – الاحتفاظ بقائمة جرد محدثة لمعدات المخبر.
  • Follow equipment maintenance schedule, and inform laboratory supervisor of any problem with the instruments.
  • – اتباع جدول لصيانة المعدات، وإبلاغ مشرف المخبر في حال وجود أي خلل بها.
  • Daily check the stock of the ongoing reagents and prepare a new amount of those which are almost finished or finished
  • – فحص يومي لمخزون الكواشف الحالية , وتحضير قائمة بالكمية الجديدة المنتهية أو التي على وشك الانتهاء .
  • Responsible of equipment maintenance including automatic instrument calibration
  • – هو مسؤول عن صيانة المعدات بما فيها معايرة الأدوات الأوتوماتيكية.
  • Report immediately to the laboratory supervisor any problem arising in the service, especially the loss/ robbery/damage of medical equipment or medicines
  • – إخبار مشرف المخبر فوراً في حال وجود أية مشاكل أثناء العمل، وخاصة في حال فقدان / سرقة / تضرر معدات المخبر أو الأدوية.
  • Be flexible and be able to give assistance with different activities not included in this primary job description.
