Job Requirements:
Master/University degree in psychology, social work, pedagogy, social sciences or another relevant field.
– Minimum two-years experience working with an INGO or LNGO.
– have experience implementing and managing PSS projects
– have relevant educational or PSS qualifications
– Excellent skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point.
– Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Job Description:
this person will manage the implementation and delivery of a PSS curriculum designed for children in IDP camps. This will require them to understand the PSS material, ensure that the teachers understand it and are able to deliver it, monitor the teachers’ performance and provide additional support and on-the-ground instruction where required, create a daily record of attendance, write daily reports on progress and monitor the progress of children attending the PSS sessions. They may also be required to explain the course to the children’s parents and caregivers as required. The coordinator will be responsible for developing and delivering additional training material for teachers to ensure they are equipped to carry out their jobs effectively.
