Job Title: M&E Officer-Al-Hasakah

Job Requirements:
University degree in organizational Behavior, community development or related field.
Certificate and transcript degrees are required to be provided.
Minimum two- year experience in a non-government organization.
Experience in leading evaluation, data collection and analysis processes.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Good language skills in English
Ability to travel to all the program areas in NES.
Job Description:
Prepare and follow-up daily workplan for field staff.
Check and verify data collected by field staff and generate daily distribution reports and trackers.
Prepare and share QA/QC report for flour, yeast, food commodities and Ag inputs and other project deliverables
Perform random field monitoring visits to HVG and Ag inputs and food vouchers’ locations.
Post distributing monitoring surveys for HVG, Ag inputs and food vouchers.
Beneficiary feedback tracker on weekly and monthly basis.
Assist Snr. M&E Officer in data cleaning and analyzing.
Collect all information and details to write success stories, best practices and lessons learned in addition to get the required consents and photos for SS.
Any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor.
