List of tasks assigned:
- Coordinate with Project Admin in Iraq for the smooth run of project finances
- Insert and supervise the registration of projects expenses according to UPP and donor rules and regulations;
- Assist in financial follow up of project; prepare monthly and weekly financial reports in collaboration with Admin Department
- Prepare and classify all the documents necessary for the correct implementation of the project, according to UPP procedures;
- Ensure financial and administrative follow up of the project monitoring project’s expenditures on regular basis
- Check HR supporting documents relevant to finance including but not limited to employment documents, staff contracts and relevant annexes, payroll and timesheets, payment receipts, preparation of contracts
- Support and coordinate UPP recruitment processes in NES, including advertisement of open position, preparing longlisting and shortlisting, arranging interviews, prepare interview minutes and liaise with candidates through all hiring process
- Ensure that candidate selection processes comply with UPP’s policies and procedures
- Liaise with security department for new hired staff security clearance.
- Coordinate with log department in order to guarantee the return of UPP assets after Staff resignation, including the archive of the supporting documents.
- Assist the security department to Issue UPP IDs
