A non-profit, non-governmental organization is implementing project to reposnse to the Emrgency Drought occuring in NES and invites the contractors to submit offers for procurement of Fodder and Wheat Supply in Northeast of Syria. It is worth mentioning that agriculture development company is the sole source of seeds meets the Organizations’ technical specifications requested, while local market is the source of fodder with the Organization’s requested technical specifications.

تقوم منظمة غير دولية, غير ربحية بتنفيذ مشروع للاستجابة لحالة الجفاف الطارئة التي تحدث في شمال شرق سوريا وتدعو المقاولين إلى تقديم عروض لشراء الأعلاف وإمدادات القمح في شمال شرق سوريا. يُذكر ان شركة التطوير الزراعي هي المصدر الوحيد لبذار القمح ذو المواصفات المطلوبة من قبل المنظمة بينما يعتبر السوق المحلي هو مصدر الاعلاف ذو المواصفات المطلوبة من قبل المنظمة.

  1. Description: Supply of Fodder and Wheat
  2. Product Class/Category: Supplies                                 
  3. Product stage: Finished products
  4. Quantities and specifications: As per the table in the RFQ.
  5. INCOTERMS/Delivery Point:         DDP (Delivery Duty paid) to the locations mentioned in the RFQ to every beneficiary door to door, handling (Loading and unloading) and packaging included.
  6. Delivery Duration 5 Days after contract signature.
  7. Delivery Terms:
  • Delivery for Fodder will be done on Two Rounds:
    • First Round: Third Week of November 2021.
    • Second Round: Third Week of February 2022.
  • Delivery for Wheat will be done on one Round: Second Week of November 2021.

المواصفات:

  1. الوصف: توريد الأعلاف والقمح
  2. الفئة: سلع/بضائع
  3. حالة المواد: جاهزة للاستخدام
  4. الكميات و المواصفات: كما في الجدول المذكور في المناقصة.
  5. طريقة و مكان التوصيل: التوصيل الى المناطق المذكورة في الجدول في المناقصة DDP و عليه يجب ان تشمل الاسعار تكلفة التوصيل و التغليف
  6. مدة التوصيل: 5 أيام من توقيع العقد .
  7. بنود التوصيل:
  • يتم توصيل العلف على جولتين:
  • الجولة الأولى: الأسبوع الثالث من شهر نوفمبر 2021.
  • الجولة الثانية: الأسبوع الثالث من شهر فبراير 2022.
  • سيتم توصيل القمح في جولة واحدة: الأسبوع الثاني من شهر نوفمبر 2021.

  • Offers must be submitted no later than 13:00 (local time in Syria) on 30th of September 2021 in One File by email to syria.operations@gmail.com
  • Late offers will be automatically
  • The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the items or Lots listed if necessary, or to adjust the quantities mentioned in the Financial Offer.
  • The organization will consider the Unit Price for evaluation purposes.
  • The organization will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to the organization.

  • العروض يجب أن تكون مقدمة ليس بعد الساعة الواحدة (التوقيت المحلي في سوريا) من30/09/2021 في ملف واحد عن طريق الإيميل فقط syria.operations@gmail.com
  • العروض المتأخرة سيتم رفضها تلقائيا.
  • تحتفظ الموسسه بالحق في إلغاء أي من العناصر أو القطع المدرجة إذا لزم الأمر ، أو تعديل الكميات المذكورة في العرض المالي.
  • ستنظر الموسسة في سعر الوحدة لأغراض التقييم.
  • الموسسة غير مسؤولة عن اي مصاريف او تكاليف مرتبطة بتجهيز وتقديم عروض الأسعار للمؤسسة.
