Job Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor/ university degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in Logistics. Excellent negotiation, representation, skills and the ability to work comfortably with an ethnically diverse staff. Effective verbal and written communication, organizational skills – Fair in both written and spoken English. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel). Knowledge and experience in inventory, human resource management, procurement procedures, etc. Demonstrated attention to details, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members and a proven ability to solve problems independently without direct supervision.    

Job Description:

Supervision of the drivers in Raqqa (Rental vehicle service providers) and sharing their movements with them in daily basis. Assist in preparation of the payments for the rental vehicles. Supervision of watchmen, cleaners, cooks and handyman in Raqqa Assist in working on all guards’ paperwork, like monthly schedule – leaves, monthly time sheets, Probation and annual appraisals. Supervision of cleaners, cooks and handyman in Raqqa. Updating Expat Accommodation (Online sheet). Booking rooms for staff in the hotels and Gust house. Raising PRs. Robust system for receiving, storing and releasing. Assist in preparation of PLIRs, contracts and amendments. Assist the asset controller in asset reconciliation and asset registration. Assist in updating asset register forms and compiled asset database.
