Tender documentation with detailed instructions can be obtained from CVT Offices at Raqqa, Derek and Manbij during working days between 8.30 a.m. 4.30 p.m. before 2nd of September 2021 or upon request via email; Procurement.nes@pinf.cz
يمكن الحصول على أوراق المناقصة من مكاتب المنظمة في منبج و الرقة وديريك خلال أوقات الدوام من الساعة 8:30 الى 4:30 قبل الثاني من أيلول 2021 او من خلال الطلب من البريد الالكتروني
Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
يجب التقيد بشروط المناقصة و استكمال الأوراق والا سيتم استبعاد المتقدم.
Sealed tender offers with required documents have to be submitted to organization offices in Menbij ,Raqqa and Derek as hardcopy or via email to CVT email address:
before closing date and time: 5th of September 2021 at 12:00 pm Syrian local time.
يجب تقديم عروض الأسعار المختومة والمغلقة إلى مكتب منظمة CVT قبل تاريخ الإغلاق والوقت: 05/09/2021 عند الساعة 00: 12. ظهرا بالتوقيت المحلي في سورية إلى العنوان التالي:

Envelope opening session will be held on 05/09/2021 by 13:00 p.m. Syrian local time venue CVT office in Menbij and the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
