Job Title: NES FORUM Admin & Logistics Officer

Job Requirements:
BS Bachelor’s degree preferred, candidates with higher education will also be considered. The candidate should have at least 02-03 years of work experience with the administration and/or logistical department. Effective skills in administration and logistics. Good English and Arabic. Good Microsoft Office skills are needed.
Job Description:
Take the lead on any communication between the NES Forum team and organization’s departments. Oversee the accommodation and travel arrangements for all the NES Forum team by maintaining a clear communication line with the organization’s operations teams. Responsible for Preparing the PRs and direct purchases for and equipment needed for the Forum, repairs and maintenance of the facilities of NES Forum. Work closely with the organization’s finance team to ensure all the PRs are allocated in line with projects. Organize and manage the stock of office & GH supplies and stationary. Support preparation of training, conferences and regular meeting for NES Forum in Hassakah and other locations (PRs, TOR and Payments). Preparing the payments and submitting to finance. Archiving and scanning all document to NES forum team. Preparing the list of needed equipment for the NES forum team. Provide feedback to the organization’s team on the office maintenance staff and security guards) if needed.
