Job Requirements:
BA degree in (Economics, Business administration, Secretary, or related fields)
At least 2-3 years of related experience; including office management or administration
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Brilliant organization and planning skills
Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
Flexible and able to work in a dynamic and diverse environment
Good writing skills
Ability to work remotely
Experience in administration and ability to handle multiple tasks
Fluency in Arabic language is required, good English is required.

Job Description:
Job Overview/Summary:
The health Administrative Officer works under the supervision of the Health Services Manager to support the health team in preparation of documents and daily administrative tasks.
Major Responsibilities:
The Health Administrative Officer is expected to undertake the following tasks:
Assist the Health Services Manager/ Officers in the management of the daily activities of the IRC Health program in Ar-Raqqa governorate in Syria.
Follow up with the daily and monthly administrative requirements for the health static clinics / MMUs and CHW teams.
Raise PRs for health program in Ar-Raqqa governorate, he/she will be operator on BVA System.
Assist health services manager to track implementation PRs, track the budgets and do action plan.
Assist health services officers/community health officers to arrange for the trainings of health program staff/ IWs; booking venues, provide training materials.
She/ He will be the focal point between health program and operation team (finance, HR and SC) to follow up payments request, cash advances, IWs contracts and any other administrative issue.
Assist the Health Services Manager/ Officers in the drafting and submission of attendance sheets, payment requests and other key operational documents.
Collect the financial documents related to clinics’ running costs and submit on regular basis.
Assist in report writing, translation, and compiling of information and program reports
Prepare store releases and inventory reports as required.
