متطلبات العمل:

الوصف الوظيفي:
- Manage beneficiary and stakeholders’ complaints and feedback mechanisms.
- Receive complaints and feedback via the CRM established channels.
- Train field staff to carry out regular community feedback consultations, receive complaints and feedback and provide response when possible.
- Build staff awareness and commitment to CRM, ensuring implementation of all SOPs.
- Compile data and submit internal and accurate reports to the relevant programme departments on weekly basis.
- Ability to design the required databases for the data entry and keep track of the filing documents;
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;
- Fluency in English (excellent), Arabic and Kurdish preferred;
- Be responsible to collect, compile, check, sort and analyze qualitative and quantitative data about ongoing field activities according to the reporting guidelines at provincial level;
- Develop the appropriate and suitable monitoring and reporting tools for the program;
- Conduct the training for field level staff on M&E management tools;
- Conduct regular field visits and provide full feedbacks to the field staff on the M&E System;
- Assist the training section by providing monitoring indicators of the training;
- Provide inputs in the development of the overall monitoring and reporting system of the program as per programmed log-frame;
- Update and maintain UPP database regularly;
- Conduct regular field visits and provide full feedback to field staff on the reporting;
- Assist in the design of a comprehensive reporting system across the program;
- Provide inputs on the development of the overall monitoring and reporting system of the program as per program log-frame;
- Perform other duties as it may be required and assigned by the higher authority.
