Job Description:
- Coordinate with the programs department to conduct all training assessments survey.
- Facilitating and overseeing the implementation of all technical training of individuals or groups of internal or external participants.
- Cooperate with programs and operations team to ensuring that all documents of all conducted training are collected and archived.
- supervising and monitoring the progress of all implemented training plans in the IDA training center in NES.
