Job Title: Daily worker_ Monitoring and evaluation worker

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of English
Strong ethical skills.
University or diploma degree high school
At least 6 months of experience in working or volunteering with humanitarian organizations (local and international)
Experience in facilitating focus group discussions is preferable
Experience and Knowledge of using MS Office applications (word & Excel) is preferable, and Smart phones to collect data (ODK, Kobo, ONA) is required.

Job Description:

Data collection, under the responsibility of the team leader:

Ensure the data collection at field level (overseeing surveys etc.) and make sure that all available aspects are covered, and that the interviewee understands the question asked, corresponding to the research questions presented in the briefing.
Attend to the briefing/debriefing sessions organized by MEAL team.
Formulate preliminary recommendations on how to improve the survey and the conditions of data collection before/during and after the activity.
Identify potential negative impacts of the activity.
Conduct data entry upon needs.
explain the existence of the SI FCRM unit – distribute the FCRM card.

Reporting/Communication

If needed, fill out a consumption follow-up sheet during related to its activities
Report to the team leader on the progress of specific assigned tasks, on any problems encountered, and on the quality of relationships with beneficiaries;
Report any problems or delays to the team leader, MEAL manager/Deputy Manager and suggest any possible solutions
Formulate feedbacks to the team leader about context/ security updates;
