JOB TITLE: Part-Time Housekeeper
LOCATION: Raqqa Office
REPORTS TO: Senior Housekeeper
The Part-Time Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of CVT’s Raqqa Office. The position reports to the Senior Housekeeper and performs various cleaning and maintenance tasks on a daily and monthly basis
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and sanitize the office premises, including workspaces, surfaces, trash bins, and other areas, following a daily cleaning schedule.
- Clean the windows once a month or as needed, using appropriate tools and products.
- Keep track of the inventory of kitchen equipment, refreshments, and cleaning supplies, and report any shortages to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas, replenishing sanitary items such as soap, paper towels, and tissues as needed.
- Fill up the water dispensers with clean drinking water, ensuring they are sanitized regularly and have enough cups available.
- Identify and report any issues or damages that require repair to the supervisor for prompt action.
- Refill the diesel heaters in the office as needed, following safety precautions.
- Respond to any other additional tasks assigned by LM
PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Cleaning Techniques: Skilled in various cleaning methods, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting, to achieve a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Cleaning Materials Knowledge: Knowledgeable about different types of cleaning products and chemicals, and how to use them safely and effectively for different purposes.
- Sanitation and Hygiene Standards: Compliant with industry-standard practices and protocols for maintaining sanitation and hygiene in the office environment.
- Equipment Handling: Able to operate and maintain cleaning equipment properly and efficiently, avoiding any damage or malfunction.
- Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough in performing all cleaning tasks, ensuring no area is overlooked or neglected.
- Open-mindedness and Cultural Sensitivity: Given the potential interaction with guests from various backgrounds, the candidate should be open-minded, culturally sensitive, and respectful of diverse customs and preferences.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required, as it will enable smooth communication with guests and colleagues in Raqqa city. Proficiency in English or Kurdish can be considered an advantage.
- Communication Skills: The Housekeeper will need to communicate effectively with the supervisor and other team members to coordinate cleaning schedules, report any maintenance issues, and ensure the availability of cleaning supplies.

مدبرة المنزل بدوام جزئي مسؤولة عن ضمان نظافة ونظام مكتب الرقة التابع لـ CVT. وتقدم الوظيفة تقاريرها إلى مدبرة المنزل الأقدم وتضطلع بمهام التنظيف والصيانة المختلفة على أساس يومي وشهري
المسؤوليات:
• تنظيف وتعقيم مباني المكاتب، بما في ذلك أماكن العمل والأسطح وصناديق القمامة وغيرها من المناطق، وفقًا لجدول التنظيف اليومي.
• تنظف النوافذ مرة واحدة في الشهر أو حسب الحاجة باستخدام الأدوات والمنتجات المناسبة.
• تتبع مخزون معدات المطبخ والمرطبات ولوازم التنظيف، وإبلاغ المشرف بأي نقص في الوقت المناسب.
• الحفاظ على النظافة والنظافة في مناطق المطبخ، وتجديد المواد الصحية مثل الصابون والمناشف الورقية والأنسجة حسب الحاجة.
• ملئ موزعات المياه بمياه الشرب النظيفة، مع التأكد من تعقيمها بانتظام وإتاحة ما يكفي من الأكواب.

الكفاءات المهنية/التقنية:
- تقنيات التنظيف: ماهرة في طرق التنظيف المختلفة، مثل الغبار، والكنس، والمسح، والمكنسة الكهربائية، والتطهير، لتحقيق مستوى عالٍ من النظافة والنظافة.
- المعرفة بمواد التنظيف: معرفة بمختلف أنواع منتجات التنظيف والمواد الكيميائية، وكيفية استخدامها بأمان وفعالية لأغراض مختلفة.
- معايير الصرف الصحي والنظافة الصحية: تمتثل للممارسات والبروتوكولات القياسية للصناعة للحفاظ على الصرف الصحي والنظافة الصحية في بيئة المكاتب.
