تعلن عن حاجتها لاستدراج عروض أسعار لاستئجار سيارة إسعاف عدد 2 وفق المتطلبات التالية:
- المواصفات المطلوبة:
- فان هونداي H1 2012 وما فوق
- اللون : أبيض
- التجهيزات الطبية:
- نقالة طبية بعجلات قابلة للطي
- أضواء طوارئ مع صفارة انذار
- كرسي خلفي ثابت للمسعف
- أسطوانة صغيرة مع قاعدة تثبيت ومفتاح اكسجين
- بطارية مع انفيرتر
- صيدلية مثبتة تتضمن (سماعة طبيب – جهاز ضغط دم – جهاز قياس أكسجة )
- حاجز به نافذة بين السائق وحجرة الإسعاف
- البيانات المطلوبة:
- عرض سعر باستخدام نموذج المنظمة
- مراجع من منظمات سابقة او حالية CV
- صور للمركبة من الداخل والخارج
- نوافذ جانبية
- وسائد هوائية واحزمة أمان
- أوراق السيارة التي تبين: رقم الشاصيه – رقم اللوحة – سنة الصنع – العداد.
- ان يكون الفان جاهز فنيا وميكانيكيا وبحالة جيدة
- أن يحتوي الفان على معدات السلامة / حقيبة اسعافات أولية – طفاية حريق / والقطع البديلة / دولاب إضافي – كريكو /
- يجب ذكر الماركة والموديل للفان المطلوب ضمن العرض
- كافة مصاريف التشغيل والصيانة من وقود وزيت ومصاريف حركة تقع على عاتق المورد.
- أن يكون للفان مكيفين أمامي وخلفي / سياحي أساسي/
- اثبات ملكية للسيارة مع الأوراق اللازمة للتحرك ضمن مناطق الإدارة الذاتية.
- سوف تخضع العروض المقبولة ماليا لفحص فني من قبل لجنة فنية.
- يجب الالتزام بجدول حركة وتوقيعه بشكل يومي من مدير المكتب والمرافق.
- يجب ذكر الأجور بالدولار الأمريكي حصرا (ويجب كتابة الأرقام باللغة الإنكليزية)..
- تقديم العرض المالي بمغلف منفصل والأوراق الثبوتية بمغلف وجمع المغلفين بمغلف مغلق.

| (Action for Humanity) is a non-governmental, non-profit, neutral organization that looks forward to rebuilding human life and building a generation capable of advancing society by providing them with all the necessities of life such as food, medicine, education, medical aid and water.

Announces its need to solicit quotations for renting two ambulance according to the following requirements:
- The required specifications:
- Hyundai H1 van 2012 and above
- Color: White
- Medical equipment:
- Medical stretcher with foldable wheels
- Emergency lights with siren
- A fixed back chair for the paramedic
- Small cylinder and oxygen key
- Battery and Inverter
- A proven pharmacy that includes (a stethoscope – a blood pressure monitor – an oxygen meter)
- A barrier with a window between the driver and the ambulance room
- Required data:
- Quote a price using the organization form
- References from previous or current organizations CV
- Pictures of the vehicle inside and out
- Side windows
- Airbags and seat belts
- Car papers showing: chassis number – plate number – year of manufacture – odometer.
- The van must be technically and mechanically ready and in good condition
- The van must contain safety equipment / first aid bag – fire extinguisher / and spare parts / extra wheel – Crico /
- The brand and model of the required van must be mentioned in the offer
- All operating and maintenance expenses such as fuel, oil and movement expenses are the responsibility of the supplier.
- The van must have front and rear air conditioning / basic tourist /
- Proof of ownership of the car with the necessary papers to move within the Autonomous Administration areas.
- Financially accepted offers will be subject to technical examination by a technical committee.
- A movement schedule must be adhered to and signed on a daily basis by the office and facilities manager.
- Wages must be mentioned in US dollars exclusively (and numbers must be written in English).
