Job Title: PROGRAM MANAGER

Duty Station: Main location of work will be Hassakeh with frequent travel to project sides across NES.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred) OR equivalent working experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit or healthcare sectors.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
- Willingness to travel as needed for program oversight and development
Type: This is a full-time position / 40h per week

Job Description:
- Program Planning and Development
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic programs aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
o Identify opportunities for new programs, expansion, and partnerships that will further our impact.
o Closely work with the Grants and Partnerships Manager in proposal development and partners communication
- Program Implementation and Management
o Oversee the daily operations of existing programs, ensuring that they meet quality standards and objectives.
o Coordinate with the Health Manager to ensure alignment with health protocols, policies, and medical needs.
o Liaise with the Grants and Partnerships Manager to ensure funding and compliance with donor requirements.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
o Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track the progress and effectiveness of programs.
o Prepare regular reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders, including donors and partners.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
o Foster relationships with local communities, governmental bodies, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders.
o Facilitate collaboration and communication across various departments and teams within the organization.
- Capacity Building and Staff Development
o Provide mentorship and guidance to program staff, encouraging professional growth and development.
o Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of program staff.
As the Programs Manager at our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and sustainability of our various projects. Working closely with the Health Manager and Grants and Partnerships Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of our programs.
