KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Scanning & Filing HR Documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Follow up on the missing personal documentations from the staff personal files.
  • Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
  • Issue all related paperwork and follow up on reference checks for all new employees.
  • Assist in recruitment process.
  • Assist in Any other tasks assigned by the HR Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • One year of experience in a relevant field is preferrable.
  • Good understanding of full cycle of recruitment recruiting

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • High level of both spoken and written English.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to details. Patient, adaptable, flexible and able to improvise and remain responsive.
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken), and good interpersonal skills.
