متطلبات العمل:

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3-4 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
خبرة العمل في حالات الطوارئ ستكون أحد الأصول.
اللغة الإنجليزية ستكون أحد الأصول.
صانع القرار.
القدرة على إثبات القدرة على العمل كجزء من فريق وعلى المبادرة الخاصة.

الوصف الوظيفي:

يجب تسجيل اسم المريض ورقمه ونوع الفحص المطلوب في كتاب خاص ، ويجب كتابة رقم الأشعة السينية على طلب الفحص ، ولأجل المرأة التأكد من عدم وجود حمل.
إبلاغ المرضى أو ممرضات الأقسام بجميع التعليمات اللازمة لأي منهم الفحص ، مثل حضور المريض دون الإفطار أو تناول قرص معين إلخ…
يوجه المريض إلى غرفة الملابس ويأمره بخلع ملابسه وإزالة جميع صور الأشياء مبهمة للأشعة السينية ، وارتداء مريلة الأشعة السينية.
يتأكد من طلب الفحص بالأشعة من الطبيب المعالج و يحدد الجزء المطلوب تصويره وما هي الشروط المطلوبة.
مساعدة المريض على طاولة التصوير ووضع المريض في المواضع المطلوبة.
يضبط أنبوب الأشعة السينية ويحدد حزمة الأشعة السينية وعوامل التصوير اللازمة

حالة كل مريض ، يختار حجم الفيلم المناسب وجودته لكل مريض

الفحص ، ويضع حرف المريض ورقم تعريفه في الحافظة ، و

طباعة اسم المريض وتاريخ الفحص على الفيلم إن أمكن والتقني الخاص به

الرقم ، أو يكتب ذلك على فيلم الأشعة السينية.

ينظف علب الفيلم (الكاسيتات) من أي شوائب متعلقة بها وينظفها

المجمعات مرة واحدة في الأسبوع واستبدال المجمعات التالفة واستبدالها جديدة عاملة.

الإشراف على تنظيف أجهزة الأشعة التي تعمل عليها والتأكد من صلاحيتها والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال بها.
التنسيق مع قسم الصيانة لتشغيل / إيقاف تشغيل مولد الطاقة ، وإجراء إصلاحات طفيفة لجهاز الأشعة السينية ، مثل تغيير الصمامات ، إلخ …
إصلاح وتطوير الأفلام التي يصنعها هو أو غيره من مساعدي الأشعة ، حسب ترتيب جدول العمل في قسم الأشعة ، وتجهيز المواد الكيمائية الخاصة بـالتحميض والتنظيف اليومي والدوري لجهاز التحميض.
يوثق الأفلام التي يصورها للمريض بعد أن تم تطويرها ويقرر مصداقية الفيلم من حيث عوامل التصوير والتطوير. هو

يقدم الفيلم للطبيب إذا كان صحيحا ، أو يعيد التصوير ويتطور بعد التثبيت خطأ.

القيام بأي عمل يكلفه به مدير المستشفى أو مساعد مدير المشروع.

Job Title: X-Ray technician

Job Requirements:

At least 3-4 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Work experience in emergency situations will be an asset .
English language will be an asset.
Decision maker.
Demonstrable ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Job Description:

The patient’s name, number, and type of examination required shall be recorded in a

special book, and the X-ray number shall be written on the examination request, and for

women, he shall be sure that there is no pregnancy.

Informing patients or department nurses of all the necessary instructions for any

examination, such as attending the patient without breakfast or taking a specific tablet

etc…

Directs the patient to the dressing room and instructs him to undress, remove all x-ray

opaque objects, and wear an x-ray apron.

He makes sure that the x-ray examination is requested from the treating physician and

determines what part to be photographed and what conditions are required.

Help the patient on the imaging table and puts the patient in the required positions.
Adjusts the x-ray tube, determines the x-ray package and imaging factors necessary for

each patient’s situation, chooses the appropriate film size and quality for each

examination, puts the patient’s letter and identification number on the clipboard, and

prints the patient’s name and examination date on the film, if possible, and its technical

number, or writes that on the x-ray film.

Cleans the film enclosures (cassettes) from any impurities related to them, and cleans

the gussets once a week and replaces the damaged gussets and replaces them with

new, working ones.

Supervising the cleaning of the x-ray devices that are working on it, ensuring its validity,and reporting any malfunctions in it.
Coordinate with the maintenance department to turn on / off the power generator, and make minor repairs to the x-ray machine, such as changing fuses, etc…
Fix and develop the films made by him or by other radiology assistants, according to the order of the work schedule in the radiology department, preparing the chemicals for

acidification, and daily and periodic cleaning of the acidifying device.

Depates the films that he films for the patient after they have been developed and

decides the validity of the film in terms of imaging and development factors. He

presents the film to the doctor if it is valid, or re-shoots and develops after fixing the

error.

Doing any work assigned to him by the hospital manager or the assistant project

manager.
