Job Title: CPIMS Assistant

Job Requirements:
Needs Analysis and Program Design:
– Actively participate in required assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the child protection and child rights.
– Contribute to the situation analysis by providing valuable insights and expertise, identifying key challenges and priorities based on the information she/he has in the system.
– Continuously evaluate and refine the strategy based on lessons learned and feedback from implementation, ensuring its effectiveness in promoting and safeguarding children’s rights.
Program Implementation: Case Management
– Maintain a consistent schedule for entering case files into the database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
– Record and document all registered cases and compile necessary forms in accordance with established procedures and information management requirements.
– Administer the CPIMS+ system, including data entry, tracing, and analysis of exported data.
– Collaborate closely with CM staff to monitor and follow up on children with protection concerns, updating the database accordingly.
– Provide support to CM field staff regarding the CPIMS+ program.
– Support CPIMS+ coordinator in generating monthly reports containing disaggregated statistics and qualitative updates on case management progress.
– Safeguard the confidentiality and security of children’s data, adhering to organization policies and procedures.
– Request additional information from field staff when needed and collaborate with them to ensure efficient data capture protocols.
– Fulfil the responsibilities of the role in alignment with the organization’s commitment to safeguarding children, following the Child Safeguarding Policy.
– Adhere to all relevant organizational policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, security, and equal opportunities.
– Perform any other duties as assigned.
Other data entry
– Ensure timely updating for submitting of relevant reporting formats, such as IPTT (Indicator Performance Tracking Table) and narrative reports, by the CPIMS+ coordinator.
– The case management tracker to be updated on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring consistency with the data in CPIMS+.
– Monthly submission of necessary inputs and updates and flag any concern to the CPIMS Coordinator.
– Fulfil any additional duties as assigned.
Job Description:
Essential:
– A university degree in informatics engineering, communication engineering, or a related field is required.
– A minimum of 2 years of work experience with NGO in data entry or information management.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities, are essential.
– Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and Kurdish is highly desirable.
– Proficiency in computer skills is required, along with strong organizational abilities.
– Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion when handling confidential information is crucial.
– The ability to work independently and take proactive initiatives is expected.
– Demonstrated capability in managing a challenging workload effectively.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds are important.
Preferable:
– Previous experience in working on the CPIMS+ program is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with its implementation and utilization.
– English language is preferred.
