Job Title: Information Management Assistant

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, statistics.
- At least 6 months of related experience in databases development, information management, and statistics.
- At least 1 year experience in humanitarian organizations field, national and international.
- Excellent skills in MS, world, excel and outlook.
- Good understanding of Power BI and using KOBO in designing surveys. Basic English language skills.
- Prefer to understand and use QGIS. Design dashboards using Power BI.
Job Description:
- Enter beneficiaries’ data into the database and keep the database updated.
- Make sure all data received from the program should go through data cleaning process.
- Preparing beneficiary data in Excel to enter into the database.
- Adjust databases as per the need.
- Conduct monthly activity summaries per donor and program unique/non-unique.
- Supporting IM officer to prepare all monthly reports and reconciliation reports.
- Make sure distribution lists received from the program team are completed.
- Make sure to have a soft copy of distribution lists stored in ONE-drive.
- Archiving.
- Prepare distribution/beneficiary lists for all distributions.
- Support programs in designing KOBO surveys.
- Support CRM in some analysis and cleaning data.
