Blumont is looking to hire 01 Position of Community Mobilizer in Roj Camp – To Cover Maternity Leave.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABLITY
- Design the content of and monitoring and evaluation tools for community awareness raising sessions in Protection for (Men-Women-Youth-Children), health, hygiene promotion, nutrition and, in coordination with the line Manager.
- Organize and deliver community awareness raising events as determined by project objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of the community awareness raising sessions.
- Conduct regular field visits to record the protection and safety risks and deliver the key messages.
- Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories.
- Provide support in explaining services map for camp residents and continuously updating the 4WS.
- Conduct FGDs according to the program needs to insure the participation.
- Managing the info desk and receive the complaints from the beneficiaries and providing the feedback.
- Conduct capacity building trainings for the community leaders.
- Hold regular meetings with community leaders.
- Coordinate with other relevant resources to ensure the delivery of further community awareness sessions on health and hygiene topics.
- Provide daily and weekly reports for the implemented activities.
- Any other duties.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Education:
- University degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of NGOs work experience in the same field
Skills/Competencies:
- Good Knowledge of English language, and fluency in Arabic.
- Good experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, and outlook).
- Have high standards of ethics and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and working locations.
