Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in data collection and documentation.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an asset.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Job Description:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check morning attendance and evening for workers and verifying wearing a full works uniform.
- Allocate workers to specific sectors and monitor their adherence to their assigned tasks.
- Communicate with the beneficiaries to ensure that they are treated properly and not offended by the workers.
- Collect data and document injury cases with the assistance of the team leader.
- Follow the instructions of the team leader and spray as directed.
- Communicate all observations and information collected during the campaign with the team leader.
- Perform any other tasks as required by the team leader.
