Tender documentation with detailed instructions can be obtained from CVT Offices at Raqqa, Derek and Manbij during working days between 8.00 a.m. 4.30 p.m. before 13 of April 2023 or upon request via email; Procurement.nes@pinf.cz
يمكن الحصول على أوراق المناقصة من مكاتب المنظمة في منبج و الرقة وديريك خلال أوقات الدوام من الساعة 8:00 الى 4:30 قبل 13 من نيسان 2023 او من خلال الطلب من البريد الالكتروني
Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
يجب التقيد بشروط المناقصة و استكمال الأوراق والا سيتم استبعاد المتقدم.
Sealed Tender offers have to be submitted to CVT office before closing date and time: 17-April-2023, 12:00 p.m. Syrian local time to following address:

عروض الأسعار يجب ان تقدم الى منظمة الناس في الحاجة او عن طريق البريد المسجل قبل تاريخ اغلاق المناقصة قبل 17\04\2023، الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا 12:00 ظهرا سوريا الى العنوان التالي:

Envelope opening session will be held on 17/01/2023 by 14:00 p.m. Syrian local time venue CVT office in Raqqa and the tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
ستعقد جلسة فتح المغلفات يوم 17\04\2023 الثانية ظهرا في مكتب منظمة CVT، في الرقة: المناقصين أو ممثليهم المفوضين مدعوين لحضور جلسة فتح المغلفات.
