- يفضل خبرة سابقة في دور متعلق بالأمن.
- معرفة البروتوكولات والإجراءات الأمنية
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 6 أشهر في مجال ذي صلة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والبقاء متيقظًا لفترات طويلة.
- مهارات ممتازة في المراقبة وإعداد التقارير.
- الحالة الجسدية الجيدة والقدرة على الوقوف والمشي وصعود السلالم لفترات طويلة.
- التواصل الجيد ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على التعامل مع حالات الطوارئ والعمل تحت الضغط.
- يجب أن يكون لديه سجل جنائي نظيف.

لمحة عامة عن الوظيفة:
نحن نبحث عن حارس موثوق ومتيقظ للانضمام إلى فريقنا. تتمثل المسؤولية الأساسية لهذا المنصب في مراقبة وحماية مباني وأصول منظمتنا. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي قادرًا على العمل بشكل مستقل، ولديه اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل، وأن يكون قادرًا على تحديد التهديدات المحتملة لممتلكاتنا. المسؤوليات: ضمان الالتزام بسياسات UPP والأدوات والكتيبات والمبادئ التوجيهية.
- اتباع سياسات وإجراءات السلامة والأمن في جميع الأوقات.
- مراقبة المباني باستخدام أنظمة المراقبة والدوريات وإجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة.
- تنبيه الموظفين المختصين لأية تهديدات محتملة، مثل السرقة أو التخريب أو الوصول غير المصرح به.
- ابلاغ المسؤول الأمني عن أية حوادث أو أنشطة مشبوهة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لجميع الأنشطة والحوادث.
- توفير امكانية مراقبة الدخول والتأكد من دخول الأفراد المصرح لهم فقط إلى المبنى.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
- التعاون مع المسؤول الأمني الآخر لضمان بيئة سالمة وآمنة.
- أداء أي واجبات أخرى يكلفه بها المشرف.
- الحفاظ على سلامة وأمن الموظفين في جميع الأوقات.
- ضمان تشغيل جميع أنظمة كاميرات الممتلكات وعملها.
- مراقبة كاميرات الدوائر التلفزيونية المغلقة بحثًا عن الأنشطة المشبوهة (إن وجدت).
- الإبلاغ عن أي حادث أو شائعات أمنية حتى خارج ساعات العمل.
- الحفاظ على السرية.

Job Description:
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and vigilant Watchman to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to monitor and safeguard the premises and assets of our organization. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have strong attention to detail, and be able to identify potential threats to our property. Responsibilities: Ensure adherence with UPP policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines.
- Follow safety and security policies and procedures at all times.
- Monitor premises using surveillance systems, patrolling, and conducting regular checks.
- Alert appropriate personnel to any potential threats, such as theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access
- Report any incidents or suspicious activities to the Security officer.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and incidents.
- Provide access control and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with other security officer to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintains safety and security of employees at all times.
- Ensures all property camera systems are on and functional.
- Monitor closed-circuit TV cameras for suspicious activities (if any)
- Report any security incident or rumors even outside of the working hours.
- Retain confidentiality.
