المعايير الأساسية:
- حاصل على دبلوم على الأقل
- خبرة مثبتة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية أو الدولية لمدة سنتين على الأقل
- ثبت خبرة العمل كقائد فريق أو مشرف على الأقل 2 سنوات
- مهارات إتخاذ القرار
- العمر بين 25-40 سنة
- المتحدث باللغة العربية اللغة الإنجليزية غير مطلوب
o المعايير المرغوبة:
- أن يكون من المنطقة المستهدفة أو على الأقل يسكن في المنطقة لمدة 5 سنوات
- شهادة في الإدارة أو التدريب في قيادة الفريق
الوصف الوظيفي:
A): التدريب
- حضور دورات تدريبية حول الوقاية وإدارة ناقلات الأمراض.
- تدريب فريق كبير من الموظفين ذوي الأجور اليومية حول مختلف أنشطة مكافحة ناقلات الأمراض.
o (أنشطة مكافحة النواقل – ب):
- إجراء أنشطة مكافحة ناقلات الأمراض حسب التوجيهات.
- الإشراف على حملة رش داخلي (IRS) وتنفيذها ، حيث يتم رش جميع مباني الطابق الأرضي ؛
- الإشراف على توزيع الستائر طويلة الأمد المعالجة بالمبيدات الحشرية وتنفيذها على جميع المنازل الموجودة في الطابق الأول (وليس الأرضي) والتي ينامها البشر ؛
- التأكد من أن هذه LLIC معلقة بشكل صحيح.
- التأكد من أن أنشطة مكافحة ناقلات الأمراض يتم تنفيذها بشكل صحيح ، وأن المعدات لا تتضرر.
- إجراء الصيانة الصحيحة لمعدات رش IRS وفقًا للتعليمات والتأكد من تخزينها بشكل صحيح عندما لا تكون قيد الاستخدام ؛
- الإشراف على وتقديم تقرير عن نشاط إدارة النفايات إلى “مسؤول الوقاية الأقدم في الميدان”.
o (البيانات -C):
- إجراء تقييمات لرصد ذبابة الرمل حسب التوجيهات.
- بالنسبة لأنشطة IRS و LLIC ، قم بجمع بيانات الأسرة وفقًا للتوجيهات.
- بالنسبة لتقرير إدارة النفايات ، يتم تطهير المنطقة بالصور الداعمة ؛
- قم بالإبلاغ عن جميع هذه البيانات مرة أخرى إلى “كبير مسؤولي الوقاية” في الوقت المناسب حسب التوجيهات.
س (المعلومات- د):
- وزع مواد المعلومات والتعليم والاتصال (IEC) والرسائل حول كيفية تجنب الإصابة بعدوى CL وما يمكن توقعه من العلاج. سيكون هذا من خلال المواد المطبوعة والخطابة.
o (فريق العمل والشراكة -E):
- العمل مع الفريق الطبي والإدارات الأخرى عند الضرورة للسماح للبرنامج بتحقيق أهدافه.
- العمل كممثل مسؤول لمبادرة MENTOR مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة والمنظمات غير الحكومية الأخرى.
- احترام واتباع المبادئ التوجيهية لموظف الوقاية في جميع الأوقات فيما يتعلق بالمهام المذكورة أعلاه والمهام ذات الصلة والوضع الأمني

Job Title: Field Preventioon Officer / Required Number:3 Officers

Job Requirements:
o Essential Criteria:
- At least possess diploma
- Proven experience with local or international NGOs at least 2 years
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor at least 2 years
- Decision-making skills
- Age between 25-40 year
- Arabic speaker English is not required
o Desirable Criteria:
- To be from the targeted area or at least lived in the area for 5 years
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
Job Description:
o (Training -A):
- Attend Prevention and Vector Management training sessions;
- Train a large team of daily-rate staff about the different vector control activities.
o (Vector Control Activities -B):
- Conduct vector control activities as directed;
- Supervise and carry out an indoor residual spraying (IRS) campaign, where all ground floor buildings get sprayed;
- Supervise and carry out the distribution of long-lasting insecticide-treated curtains (LLIC) to all houses that are on the 1st (not ground) floor and that are slept in by humans;
- Ensure that these LLIC are hung correctly;
- Ensure that the vector control activities are carried out correctly, and that the equipment does not get damaged;
- Carry out correct maintenance of the IRS spray equipment as instructed and ensure they are stored correctly when not in use;
- Supervise and report the activity of waste management to Field Senior Prevention Officer.
o (Data -C):
- Conduct sandfly monitoring evaluations as directed;
- For the IRS and LLIC activities, collect household data as directed;
- For the waste management report the area being cleared with supporting pictures;
- Report all this data back to the Prevention Senior Officer in a timely fashion as directed.
o (Information -D):
- Distribute information, education and communication (IEC) materials and messages about how to avoid getting infected with CL, and what to expect from treatment. This will be through printed material and public speaking.
o (Team Work and Partnership -E):
- Work with the Medical team and other departments when necessary to allow the programme to achieve its goals;
- Act as a responsible representative of The MENTOR Initiative with all stakeholders and other NGOs;
- Respect and follow the guidelines of the Prevention Officer at all times in relation to the above tasks, related tasks and the security situation.
