Job Requirements:
University degree in related field.
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
CCCM Project management experience (management, planning, staff development and training skills)
Minimum 5 years of experience in international NGO; ideally in humanitarian assistance to refugees or IDPs, CCCM, Shelter, WASH.
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems. Capability to negotiate with and influence others.
Proven capabilities in leadership and management required.
Proficiency in in written and spoken English and Arabic. Kurdish an asset.
Goal oriented with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to the vision and goals of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prepare and write official reports.
High degree of responsibility and ownership of work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Description:
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABLITY
Assist the Project manager in organizing the overall Shelter and WASH activities in all SAFER program supported camps.
Brief Project Manager about main issues, and updating them on a regular basis.
Advise the Project Manager on technical skills and requirements to implement projects as per relevant standards.
Ensure that relevant technical quality and standards are considered and respected during projects’ implementation.
Ensure monthly consolidation/dissemination of the activity calendar of each camp.
Contribute towards setting an overall camps strategy, site planning and preparation, contingency planning, and information/data management.
Promote harmonization of approaches and methodologies as well as creating opportunities for experience sharing and learning
Ensure capacity building among staff in relevant sector.
Liaise with camp administration (self-administration) on issues related to new arrivals and departures.
Coordinate and collaborate with other stakeholders by cultivating good relations with key humanitarian actors – local and international, including government authorities and non-state actors, through regular attendance at technical meetings and bilateral meetings;
Identify opportunities to collaborate and coordinate efforts with other organizations to ensure our activities build upon – rather than replicate – the work of others;
Refer unmet needs to other relevant actors.
Share externally learning and innovation with communities and other stakeholders.
Disseminate cluster guidance among the team and make sure that guidance and standards are adhered to.
Back stopping the camp-level / cross-camps monthly coordination meetings with the support of the (i.e. organize meetings, disseminate minutes)
Support any ad hoc meeting involving camp leadership structures and one or more agencies / partners.
Any other duties by the line manager
Additional job responsibilities
Support security teams at different locations when needed, Sharing HAO and LAs letters, and administrative orders issued by the camp administration.
Report any safety/security incident involving Blumont staff / premises / items within camps
Follow-up with Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of all procured items.
Ensure that all procurements / casual labor requests per camp are within the forecasted limit, avoiding any overspent / underspent.
Review and submit camps sector 4Ws, to Project manager and CCCM specialist
Ensure timely submission of weekly/bi-weekly reports to project manager.
Ensure presence in all camps in Raqqa and Malikiya.
