Qualifications and Skills
– (university or institute degree)
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
More than one year working experience in the NGO, preferrable in M&E or related field.
Good knowledge of English language, and fluency in Arabic.
Good experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS word, Excel, and outlook).
Good writing and reporting skills.
Experience in data collection tools (KOBO).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Flexibility, commitment, patience, and good sense of humor.
Willingness to travel within the mentioned areas.

Job Description:
The Field Monitor will take the responsibilities of following up on project activities implemented at Hasakah Collective Centers (CCs) including various distributions and WASH-SHELTER Rehabilitation and maintenance and will support the program team during implementation of Blumont activities.
– The role reports to: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer
– Team member reporting to this post: (N/A)
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABLITY:
- Daily following up on the SWM and Desludging activities in Hasaka Collective Centers.
- Identifying the gaps and the challenges in CCs with providing recommendations to line manager and program team.
- Using Kobo to collect survey data in due time and enter it to the database.
- Supporting M&E Officer in Conducting QA/QC checks on project shipments before being delivered to their destinations.
- Checking and following up on all distribution processes at the CCs at Hasakah City.
- Keep and assure a good work environment with colleagues and CC residents.
- Collecting feedbacks and complaints from beneficiaries through following up on the activities at CCs.
- Perform any additional duties as requested by the line manager.
