1- كل الوثائق التالية يجب تقديمه كجزء من العرض و إلا سيتم تجاهل العرض المقدم :فورمة العرض المرفقة, صور المركبة ، رخصة القيادة.All the following documents should be submitted as part of the offer or the offer will be ignored: RFQ form, Vehicle photos, driving license
2– كل الوثائق المطلوبة يجب أن توقع و تختم . All the documents should be signed and stamped
3– كل المتقدمين يتوجب عليهم ملئ ورقة عرض السعر وإرسالها مع كافة الأوراق المطلوبة عن طريق الايميلات التالية او سيتم تجاهل العروض : all the bidders should fill the RFQ sheet and send it with the required documents to the below emails, or the offers will be ignored.

متطلبات العمل:Requirement
- Vehicle Model: Hyundai H1 or equivalent
- Color: All colors with ambulance stickers.
- Vehicle manufactured year: 2012 or above
- Front and back operating AC
- Vehicle is technically reliable and safe; be of good external appearance, with an Ambulance sticker, no body damage; working seatbelts, lights, working brakes and power steering, and tire tread depth meeting country law and weather conditions (Sand and rainy tire). Fire extinguisher, Jack and spare tire
- Valid registration documents for the vehicle
- foldable ambulance stretcher
- Oxygen cylinder with a Oxygen pressure regulator
- Pharmacy boxes for medicines
- Warning LED Light
- Electricity outlet 12 volt
- Patient accompanying chair
- The Organization is not responsible for any damages/accidents/mechanical issues
- Vendor shall ensure that the vehicle is technically reliable and safe; be of good external appearance, no body damage; working seatbelts, lights, working brakes and power steering, and tire tread depth meeting country law and weather conditions (Sand and rainy tire). Fire extinguisher, jack and spare tire.
- Include in the vehicle the copies of important vehicle documents, including copies of ownership title certificate, and registration certificates, etc.
- The vendor shall cover regular and irregular maintenance for the vehicle without interrupting MRFS trips and programs.
- Immediately repair the vehicle issues, breakdowns, or malfunctions.
- Drivers will be required to keep track of mileage/Vehicle Maintenance logbook (km) and fuel consumption as per MRFS standard procedures.
