Job Requirements:

  • Education background:

–         University degree in business and administration or any other relevant degree.

  • Experience and technical competence:

–         2 years’ experience working with INGOs in HR field.

–         Computer skills (word, excel, power point, outlook).

  • Languages:

–         Very good English level (writing and speaking).

–         Fluency in Arabic language.

  • Personal competence:

–         Interpersonal skills.

–         Effective organizational skills.

–         Ability to work under pressure.

–         Meticulous attention to the details.

–         Teamwork spirit.

–         Very good communication skills.

–         Time management skills.

–         Proven ability to learn quickly and take initiative.

Job Description:

Support the Administrative management of personnel:

–         Post Job Vacancy announcement according to the diffusion strategy decided by her/his line manager, receive and participate to sort out applications, update regularly the line manager about the progress

–         Oversee the technical test and participate in interview of applicants for level A1 to B2

–         Classify and file properly recruitment folders

–         Welcome an participate in administrative briefing of new personnel

–         Draft contracts and amendments for staff

–         Organise the signature of the administrative documents from employees and collect all their administrative documents

–         Update and ensure complete and proper documentation of the HR files and of HR digital files as per Solidarites International procedures (work contract, job description, leaves, personal administrative folder etc…)

–         Assist, in collaboration with the Finance department and in compliance with donors and SI HR Policy, in the daily 1st check of all staff administrative forms (leave requests, per diem, medical refunds, allowances, overtime…)

–         Update the monthly employee’s follow-up, record salary advance and data in the software HOMERE on weekly basis

–         Check the monthly variables for each employee according to the attendance sheets, monthly planning and employee benefits for payroll purposes (transport, medical allowances, Eid Bonus…)

–         Enter the data for the monthly payroll in Homere and after validation, ensure in collaboration with the Finance department the envelopes preparation and payment.

Reporting / Communication:

–         Ensure the publication of information on the information board received from his/her line manager

–         Report back all information or problems linked to his/her activity to his/her line manager

–         Ensure at least monthly visits in the field and reports any staff concern to her/his line manager
