Job Description:
Thiban PHC- Deir-ez-Zor :Place of Work
Goal:Reproductive health care clinic management
Supervised by:Doctor in PHC
Main tasks and Activities: – Provide efficient services 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, in coordination with the PHC doctor and health manager according to a prepared schedule.
– Receive patients in the reproductive health clinic, Assess their medical needs, provide high quality consultation in close coordination with nurses and PHC doctor
– Respect patients’ needs and circumstances in a manner that ensure patients confidentiality.
– Providing consultations to patients on Pregnancy, family planning Antenatal care, delivery care, and postnatal care. Provide the suitable procedures /education for that
– Diagnose and treat STDs in consultation with the doctor.
– Participate on GBVs clinical cases management including CMR Clinical Management of Rape as per standard protocols.
– Accurate data recording at the clinic, reporting on time, participating in cases discussions, and learning opportunities.
– Provide recommendations and requests on time about the needs of the quality services provided at the RH clinic in terms of material support, Equipment, drugs or trainings needs.
– Readiness for Natural obstetrics when urgently needed and refer deliveries to seconder health care facilities in normal circumensatances.
– Ensure readiness and cleanliness of Labor room and examination room in addition to complete all missing equipment.
– Consult with PHC doctor to write prescriptions.
