خبرة خمس سنوات كحد أدنى في ادارة صيدلية أو في مكان آخر مشابه.
الوصف الوظيفي:

ضمان سير العمل بشكل صحيح في الصيدلية. الهدف
مسؤول الصيدلة المشرف
– ضمان سير العمل بشكل صحيح في الصيدلية بما في ذلك الأمان، سهولة الوصول، السلامة، التخزين والتعامل السليم مع الموجودات.
تطبيق نظام بطاقات التخزين والذي يتضمن:
– عدم حصول نفاذ لمخزون الدواء.
– المحافظة على حماية مخزون الدواء.
– التحديث الدائم لقائمة الجرد.
– الطلبيات جديدة تكون وفقاً للعملية الحسابية التالية (مقدار الطلبية =الاستهلاك الشهري + المخزون الآمن – الكمية المتبقية)
– تقديم تقرير المخزون الشهري إلى اللوجيستي والمنسق الطبي.
– يكون مسؤول عن اجراءات ضمان الجودة للمنتجات الصيدلانية متضمنة التحكم بدرجة الحرارة، النظافة، مكافحة الحشرات …. الخ
– تزويد الفريق الصحي بالأدوية في الوقت المناسب.
– يعنى بتسليم الدواء، التخزين، تسليم الملاحظات، بيان الشحنة …… الخ
– يدعم إدارة النفايات الطبية وفقا للقوانين والتوصيات
– إبلاغ المدير الطبي مدير البرنامج عن أي صعوبة، مخاوف أمنية، أمكانية انتشار مرض معدي وأي معلومات أخرى متعلقة بالموضوع.
– المحافظة على حقوق وكرامة وسرية معلومات المريض.
– المساهمة بشكل فعال في تحسين المنشأة الصحية والمنظمة.
– القيام بأي واجبات أخرى – ضمن خبراته – وذلك بتكليف من المدير الصحي.
– اتباع تعليمات المدير الصحي للمشروع وفي حالة غيابه اتباع تعليمات موظف آخر من الاتحاد الطبي الحر أو المالتيزر الدولية. المسؤوليات والنشاطات الرئيسية

Job Description:
IDA-Germany is an independent non-governmental organization providing medical and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflicts, natural disasters, and epidemics regardless of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation.
The scope of IDA-G work in NES is providing health care, protection and nutrition services by providing health consultations in PHCs as well as outreach services through community health and nutrition workers.
IDA-G has been registered in Erbil and has established an office to oversee its planned activities in NES along with an office that is located in Kasrah, Deir-ez-Zor.
Place of Work:Thiban PHC
Goal:Pharmacy management and drugs provision to patients
Supervised by:Pharma officer
Main tasks and Activities:
-Ensure the correct work at the PHC pharmacy including, safety, easy access, security, storing, and proper actions with available items.
Application of stock cards which ensure:
-Not having medications shortages.
-Keeping medication stock protected.
-Constant update of inventory list.
-New requests will be according to the following process (Requested quantity= monthly consumption + secured stock – remained quantity)
-Provide monthly stock reports to the logistic and pharma officer.
-Responsible for quality of pharmacy stock including temperature, hygiene, pesticides…etc.
-provide medical teams with medications at the suitable time.
-Care about handing medications, storing, deliver notes, cargo details…etc.
-Support medical waste management according to the instructions and supervise cleaner’s work in the whole unit.
-Inform the medical and the programs managrs about difficulties, security concerns, the possibility of having contagious diseases, or other related information.
-Keep patients’ details and information confidential.
-Contribute in improving the medical facility and the organization.
-Conduct other duties –within areas of experience- assigned by the Health manager.
-Follow the instructions of the Health Manager. In case of his absence, he/she should follow the instructions of other staff of the Free Medical Association
